I have been to the southport one and you can stay as long as you like, but to be honest 2hours is far too long it's pants. everything is in one small room.

Depends what type of system they have.
At the Bath spa you get a wrist band that you swipe on the way in, so it knows what time you went in.
If you go over you get charged for the extra.

It's one thing to say you'll do as you please, but you wouldn't be happy if you got there and couldn't use the jacuzzi, steam rooms and sauna becuase they were jam packed, because everyone else decided to overstay their welcome.
I expect you'd all be complaining if they didn't control the facilities so you couldn't use them.

I ordered two spa days and today received two vouchers for facials in places I did not even look at. I am not happy but do jave the original email confirmation.

My sister booked the Titanic spa offer & rang them to make an appointment as she is going overseas next month & wanted the treatment before she went.
She was told they are not accepting any further bookings for this offer until March of next year :mad:.
She is now trying to get a refund form Last minute as she wont be here to use the voucher.
As the voucher is only valid for 6 months anyway I think there will be a lot of people disappointed with Titanic.

i went to formby hall last month with the same kind of voucher as you have - great day and they were not fussy about timings. we arrived about 10 and left about half past 2 (had to fit it into a school day!), with a mini treatment (manicure for me) and lunch as well as use of the facilities - pool, steam room, experience shouwers, sauna etc...

we were so pleased with our day, the people there were lovely and it's the nicest spa i've been to in a long long time. it would not have been an issue to stay for longer, just that we had to get back home. hope this helps x
