Hi Sammie1884, just to let you know I too booked this spa and have received an emailed confirmation/letter today. I read your post regarding the day only being available on a Monday to Thursday, however I have found the cached terms and conditions on last minute and it clearly states that the experience is available from Sunday to Friday, which is why I booked with them as I also have a problem with weekdays. So when I call them I will make sure I have these to hand! Hopefully useful to others on here as well!

When people received their vouchers was it sent by Recorded Delivery? Also, has anyone received vouchers from the Hilton yet as I'm till waiting? I have a Recorded Delivery to collect tomorrow and wondered if it might be my vouchers?

Yay!! Just rung up t.wells royal spa, the lady I spoke to was really helpful (not like the lady the other day!) and booked me in for the sunday I wanted and even agreed to send out a nice letter with a christmas message from me to my mum, so I can wrap it up for christmas! :j

I got my pamper treat voucher for a facial at the Hilton (Purity Spa) the other day.
Just a warning if you thinking of giving it as a present the voucher is like a photocopied leaflet. It also says Monday to Friday & Im pretty sure it said on lastminute.com that its valid Monday to Sunday. I cant find it on the website though. Weekdays are really difficult.
