Is there any reason why all your posts are written as if you are seriously illiterate?
  • Dear fellow MSE's:

On the basis of leanneslow's performance here in this thread, would you ever consider using her as an Estate Agent?

    Cheers!

    Errrrrr, no. Decidedly not
  • I agree, poppysarah, about Chickmug - a very helpful & sensible poster.. didn't always agree with chick but he (?she?) seemed to understand the etiquette of posting (I strive to live up to Chick's example, not always succeeding...).

    Cheers!

leanneslow the thread is useful, you have a choice of simply ignoring anyone rude or that has personally attacked you, or answering as best you can.

    Estate agent here to help!

Anything you would like help with then I shall do my best to help.

Please remember that anything I say is in my opinion and how I would deal with things in my job- my answer is not always the best answer for you but it is to the best of my ability

Not sure if you are still looking at your thread but before anyone follows your advice can I ask how long you have been an estate agent and in what capacity?

    - And what qualifications you have and which bodies regulate your work??
    - And when surveying (anonymously - ie not you asking & interpreting the answers) your clients, both sellers & buyers, how is your work rated??
    - Have you been CRB checked?

    Cheers!
