the way this has turned out is a typical of dealing with estate agents when you ask them tough questions you know because you might be spending a couple of hundred thousand pounds they either lie dont return your call make something up or get all anoyed and wonder how dare he ask me such a question i am an estate agent dealing in humdreds of thousands

I've got to say after reading this thread, it's you who comes across as being petulant and immature, not the estate agents who are trying to answer questions based on their own personal experiences (not the experiences of the thousands of estate agents that you've encountered who are terrible liars). It's a shame as I had a couple of questions for them. Well done, you can feel proud of yourself :rolleyes:
