Have you phoned them? Might get a more useful response from them.
Deliveries are marked as delivered as soon as they leave the depot, stupid really but that's how they do it even if they recall the delivery for whatever reason.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
twice tesco have delievered upto 20mins late. i did ask for the delivery charges to be refunded and they did.0

I have had deliveries late a couple of times also, and received credit for the delivery charges.
What happened - did it come on time??Every days a School day!0
