I still sometimes forget to check when an offer is ending before I put it in my online basket. Someday I'll learn0 -
it tells you when you checkout if any offer item will have ended by the time its delivered
and then you have the option whether to receive it or not0 -
just placed my first tesco order and not a fan of the guide price! I have opted for delivery tonight so should all the offers I put in the basket be valid still for this evening? sorry to be dim

Hi guys
Could someone please help-I am trying to do my first online shop with tescos to get the extra points on offer. Apparently I need to enter the code at checkout but I'm being a bit thick and can't see where to enter it! Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi Everyone
just had my first Asda home delivery. In the order was the offer on the wine which is 3 for £12. On my email i was sent after i ordered, i was charged £4 each. When the delivery came i was charged £6.98 per bottle. I phoned customer services who told me that the bill is correct because i ordered 3 different wines. And that next time i need to order 3 the same. It was only after i told him about the email bill that he went and asked his boss about it. I am getting a refund but was told it was for this time only as the 3 for £12 mix n match offer is instore only. I can not see where on the website it says this, he told me i would not get a refund next time.
Is this true? anybody else had any problems when ordering wine0 -
Apart from the main supermarkets like Tesco, Asda , Sainsburys etc where else do you buy food online from?٩(•̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃-̃)۶ ٩(●̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃•̃)۶ :EasterBun0

I would definitely recommend Ocado. I do my shopping through mysupermarket.co.uk, and with all their special offers, my trolley works out to be cheaper than ASDA, Tesco or Sainsbury's. I can't fault them on their customer service, and all refunds are prompt and without any quibbles. I have been with them for quite a while now, and don't want to change...:j0
