Just waiting for my first shop to arrive..
Am I right in thinking that if there are any substitutions that cost more, I shouldn't be charged any extra? (Does this count by item or £/kg does anyone know?) I know I don't have to accept any substitutions if not happy with them but not sure how the prices are worked out.
Thanks

Thats right if they sub an item and it costs more you just pay the lower price that was on your original email reciept from them.
By the kilo works a little differentlt, if you order a kilo of beef for arguments sake and they send you 2 kilo they will refund the difference but you have to call them for that as the computer doesnt put it down as a sub (if that makes sense)I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. It has been playing up for about an hour - I've just managed to finalise my order for tomorrow but it has taken real persistence as I've been going backwards and forwards like a yoyo trying to get it to let me check out.0

I am about to buy some lager from Sainsburys as part of the 3 for £20 offer, the website says the offer is valid "For delivery by: 01/06/2010"
It would be more convenient and an extra pound cheaper for me to get it delivered on tuesday, but if this means i can't take advantage of the offer then I would have to get the delivery on monday.
So does anybody know if "For delivery by: 01/06/2010" means including tuesday, or before tuesday?
Thanks.0 -
I could be wrong but i believe it means including tuesday but dont quote me on that, its how i woudl think it works0
