I've ordered online from Tesco, Sainsbury's and ASDA and only had problems with ASDA. The first time I ordered from them they gave me substituted items which I only knew about when I was unpacking, and the second time they sent me fresh produce including 12 yogurts which had a use-by date of that day!! In each case it took several emails for them to acknowledge me and credit my account. I like Tesco best as they give me free samples and if they are even 5 minutes late they refund my delivery charge without my even having to ask

Hi All,
I am just doing my online shopping at Asda and was wondering if anyone can tell me if the Ariel Bio Gel 1036ml will still be £4 on Thursday (my delivery day) Asda tell me they don't know (strange) and I don't want to order if I end up paying the full price!
I cannot get to the store!

I know the Fairy version of this has been on offer for some time (2 for £6) looking at the above link it looks like the 2 for £6 on the Ariel is on until 31/12/2010. I cant link it but the third one along is the bio one.....

I'm just adding things to my online Tesco order and have added and item on buy one get two free but the offer is not showing in my basket, the offer is valid til 20/6/10 so it should still be active. I've emailed Tesco about it but no reply as of yet. My biggest prolem is my delivery is coming today and I can only adjust my order for the next hour so what do I do - I really want the item but only at the offer price!

Any help is appreciated!

Is this one of those where you have to add 3 of the product and then it will only charge for 1. Usually says something about the number of product needed to be added to basket for offer to work.

Yeah it is, I tried just adding one but nothing happened so added three and still nothing, I also bought something one BOGOF and had to add two to my basket to get the offer to work. Also, on the version of Tesco Online I use, with the items on offer the price is highlighted in red and if you haven't added enough it tells you that you have missed a promotion and it isn't doing any of that for this item

I just ordered from Asda and asked for no substitutes. what was I given??? several substitutes. I phoned them up and they said they would call me back. Called me back after 5 minutes and apologised gave me free delivery on my next shop.

if items on discount today are delivered tomorrow and the discount is finishing today...will I be charged the full price tomorrow???
