Suppose I should find my list...

actually... I should probably get on with packing :o as I haven't even started. I've got lots of work done though :D

It's quiet here tonight... just when I need some distraction

Any ideas what I should pack?

I need to consider - leaving midday Sat - 8.25 hour flight to New York. Arrive 7.45 pm NY and go straight to hotel for gym/swim/eat/sleep.

Sunday - Get up, hopefully early and have a swim/workout, go to airport, 3 hour flight to Orlando. Arrive Orlando 10.45ish. Conference starts 3pm ish, finishes 6.30pm ish

Monday - starts with breakfast @ 7am, ends approx 7.30pm same on Tuesday. Wednesday I leave at about 1.45 to fly back to NY, then have a 3 hours stopover in Newark before returning home.

I thought... suit (has trousers, dress & skirt), with t-shirt one day and shirt another. Black shoes (boring, but means I only need one pair... then again, maybe I should take two in case one isn't comfortable?) tights & socks. Jewellery & scarf. Whatever I wear on Sunday should also be OK for Wed am... Maybe a pair of linen trousers and a top as a spare. Vest for under shirt (I may be on stage... the lights may mean the shirt is see through and I can't guarantee I'll remember to wear a sensible bra :o)

Just in case - jersey dress (can also be used for travel home if I add tights); jeans & top; wedges to wear with both

Jewellery/scarves/cardi/wrap to dress things up or down. Makeup!!! Twice as much underwear as I actually need... you can never be too careful! Small handbag.

    PJs, gym kit, swimming stuff.

To travel in - jersey dress, tights & slouchy boots (with flight socks underneath) and wrap. Big handbag? Or if I can fit everything in my cabin bag, I can have a little backpack (it's purple suede :D)

Toiletries for flight (hotel provides plenty, but need moisturiser, deodorant, facial wipes, hand cream, body lotion, hand sanitizer etc. on plane). Hairbrush.

Laptop plus work reading; blackberry & US charger; trashy reading. Should I take ipod with Italian on it (it has nothing else, just Italian!)

OK guys, what have I forgotten?! Personally I feel there's a lack of colour, but I should be able to cope ;)

    Evening all

I'm fine now, absolutely fine, how odd are hormones and emotions!

Been to 6th form open evening which was somewhat helpful if a bit misleading.

Fedup - you have come so far and done so well

Mudders - hope you and your DS are home for the night and that he is not in any pain x

    Triker - huggles for you

    - I think sinus type headaches can be a result of food intolerance (this is not medical advise just something you might want to investigate more and discuss with your GP)

I've had an idea for your DS2 (you'll love it hate it or already have it!). All 3 of mine love the nerf sets we have. Velcro bibs to wear and you fire stick on foam bullets and try to get each other. Mine play it indoors and outdoors and have a ball. Mine have the tag set:

DW on for the second time this evening.

You should have bought as many as you could carry... they freeze brilliantly!

(((hugs))) soappie - it's tough getting used to the whole 9-5 work thing again isn't it :p
