Fedup I like your idea of a box. I might do that when I am up to it.

Do it when you feel ready and in your own time - it has taken me over 3yrs to get to this point but I feel it is a step forward plus not forgetting them either. For me it is putting feelings, emotions and memories in a place where I can access then rather than floating all over my mind and all over the place to help me not forget but gain some control over my emotions.

I used a lovely L'Occitane gift box that tied with a ribbon when I saw it I knew straight away it was the right box for me and my dad. I had bought a document box the week before that I thought was the right thing because I couldn't find anything else that would do. Then this box arrived and I knew this was the one. A bit weird but hey ho!

Even writing this makes my emotions a little wobbly however this year I am determined to mention the people who are not at our Christmas table and if we weep, we weep, that's ok. In the past I couldn't even acknowledge who wasn't there because it was so painful. Will be different this year and if I cry that is ok too.

Sorry to go on about this so much, just feel I need to get it out today for some reason

    Hello all

Have to report minimal flying again. Just so tired at the moment and my sinus headache has come back today :(. I'm hoping it's just tiredness and it'll pass tomorrow. It has just been a busy week! Thankfully I have a whole day in the office tomorrow with just one appointment...I am doing my cycle training!! It does mean I can crack on with my massive to do list and do some flying in my in tray and locker (which thanks to hot-desking is my filing system!!)

I see from the 3 pages i've skimmed that dusty and mudbath especially need hugs.
rosepink - your avatar makes my eyes go funny!

penpen - what does topdress chilli plants mean? I have some on my kitchen windowsill - do i need to do anything to them? They were only planted in August and have chillis on one waiting to go red and one just coming on the other plant.

Having said no flying has been done, the place actually looks fine and we're up to date with the washing and washing up.

One of my colleagues is ill, so won't make it, which unfortunately means that my boss is going to be coming to the conference to take his place. I obviously should have volunteered  as it would have been less unpleasant to do the presentations than to spend time with my boss :o

Rach, hope your sinus headache goes soon and that you have a good day at the office tomorrow

Tooch, well done on the weight loss!

Am watching the Restaurant, it's hurting me! My heart is beating faster! They are all so terrible, not getting food out on time and people are complaining, the front of house are doing quite a good job tho in some of the places.

Have done a bit of tidying in kitchen
