    greenbee - passport? :p
Good point! It's now in the bag :Deven if nothing else is! I'd better print out all my flight/accommodation details tomorrow too. Good to hear you had a better day today.

Rach - I also need to wait to pick up my suit trousers on Saturday morning :p but most of the stuff is in piles there. It's just a question of deciding what goes in which bag... and what to wear to travel out to NY and then on to Orlando (not the same thing as it'll be disgusting by the time I get off the first flight!) I can see some late-night emergency laundry happening tomorrow.

TD emptied and laundry put away. Gym bag packed, so I'll make my hot water bottle while making tomorrow's lunch and give up for a bit...

That's it for me today I think. Just waiting for the quilt to come out of the WM and then I'm off to bed, with me book.

Thank you for all the welcome backs. I've actually really enjoyed the flying today and it's great to be back on the wagon again.

Nite nite all. See you tomorrow.

Greenbee, still really jealous...I want to travel.....spent a year in New York and visited a few places in America, I know it's for work but at least you can say you've been there....not many get the opportunity.....

I am sure the clothes you have will be fine....scarves and jewllery will add all the colour you need.

Would it not be possible to go for a brisk walk instead of the gym....at least you willl get to see some of the local are?????????

Apparently some of the others going do actually walk (the Europeans), so I probably will (I suppose I should get myself a guidebook or map...). Presumably that means I need another outfit :D

You really shouldn't feel jealous. Travelling for work isn't the same as living somewhere - went I went NY last time I could have been anywhere, as I didn't see anything other than the airport, hotel and office. I'm hoping this time will be a little more inspiring.

Right... gym kit ready, lunch & breakfast made (hopefully I'll finish everything up tomorrow night/Saturday morning - anything that's likely to go off will then have to be binned). Laptop bag packed, hot water bottle made, so I guess I'd better remove my makeup, clean my teeth and go to bed before it's time to get up again!

Hi all, managed to get this mobile BB to work for now. Should have my new BB by the 10th they reckon.

Busy night, DSs went swimming, a helper who left in the summer as he graduated came back to help tonight, he did promise he would come back to see them & DSs were thrilled. He lives in Portsmouth & came up on his first week off which I thought was wonderful. Then we drove to the tops to watch the fireworks which was nice.

Flying, not as much today but we did finish the wall cabinets in the bedroom (4th trip to I**a we got the right part!) then levelled mine better as it was swaying. Meeting 930-230 pretty much nuked my day, such hard work, will be pleased when next weeks conferences are over.

Best go, another 2 meetings tomorrow boooooooo!!!! I best get my bum to bed, night night lovelies x x x
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

I've been trying to catch up on the news but I'm so tired I'll never get through this thread - you lot don't half yatter :D - so I'll send hugs to anyone who needs one, and hope all are well

I'm just about finished packing for tomorrow - moving day part 1 - and I'm shattered; not sure when I'll be online next as BT are confused about whether or not I have a line in the flat yet (3 different answers, and 2 different new telephone numbers so far) so I may be gone for some time :rotfl:

Think of me unpacking and sorting and putting away etc etc etc, I shall be sooooo glad when this week is over

    Take care all
