argh! I was looking forward to just knowing the answer!

Nobody got it, that's incredible. At least we weren't the only ones, but if lots of us here can't solve it together, who can? lol

Personally I think they should be upping the prize fund to £500, I mean they should have given away that amount this month anyway, so basically they've set a harder puzzle and saved themselves £250 if they don't.

I'll ask for this to be moved out of game over

    Might as well........
  • This is driving me mad. I too got to St Andrews and then on to 1754 and either Ebenezer Erskine or Henry Pelham. If it's Pelham, does it have something to do with his brother and Newcastle? Could the window bit have anythng to do with the area The Wash?

Hiya, yes i get this... George Wishart preached at a lot of places  One being St Andrew's. The the golf club was established in 1754, Ebenezer Erskine died that year, his brother was Ralph Erskine and (might need a hand?) The Erskine Clan Crest is a hand holding a dagger. Ralph Erskine was Minister of Dunfermline Abbey......

Hi. It's a stab in the dark, but thought it might be Abbot House, a building in Dunfermline. I've given it a go anyhow.

I've ruled out the Erskine brothers simply because Ralph is the younger brother (born 5 years later) of Ebenezer, so can't be his 'big brother'.

I still like the Pelham brothers route, I think they 'stood' in a political sense, so somewhere there is a virtual tour that links to 723....perhaps the House of Lords?
