    I'm not sure how long the gingerbread would last. The one I bought has the date 27/02/10 on the box!!! But it will have loads of preservatives in it. I reckon it would last as long as you wanted it to. So if Jacob and OH wanted to eat it on Christmas Eve (and you let them!!), it'd be fine :D

    STILL in my jammies. About to go for a shower. But at least I've done something constructive...I've re-organised the dining room :rolleyes:
