    Huggles for Laura x

    Welcome to Introuble :)

No AF yet... I'm down for testing tomorrow but I don't want to.

My CBFM is stuck in a depot.

  • well woke up this morning slightly giddy at the thought of taking a pg test. got into bathroom only to discover my AF has arrived, typical. Although i have promised myself to ov test every day from the end of this AF to try and figure out my cycle. This one was 34 days.
Lauralou, I know I have only just joined and am very new at seriously TTC but I had such a lump in my throat reading your post. Sending love your way..x

You missed me but I'm not offended, have been more of a lurker recently
nothing much to report DH had urology appointment which confirmed theres nothing they can do to help his swimmers and also that he has an abnormal swelling (apparently nothing to worry about) and has been referred for a scan. I had routine smear today (battled in the ice - dedication to the cause!) and still waiting for next consultant mtg in Feb when hopefully we'll get started on IUI.
Whoops:o Sorry:) Will swap hassles name for yours seeing as she's leaving us:D

Hehe confuzzled - just noticed in cedrickerry's post that I came first in your list! Now I know I'm the oldest, but really... did you have to rub it in?! :rotfl::rotfl:

And cedrickerry, I haven't forgotten you ;), or anybody else :o, I'm just too far along the TTC path to pretend I'm still trying - I will be writing my own TTC book soon probably, but the alternative version - i.e. the one where you do everything and still don't win the prize :o:o:o

Love to all from me, old, knackered and past it and can be found if you want one of my wisdom moments any time on the 12+ board, x :grouphug:for the oldies and :grouphug: for the newbies - you lucky things!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Your the 1st who came to mind Madmac...when I started this journey you were a wealth of information & support(still are) and so aptient with my dumbass questions:rolleyes: and I don't think you realise how much that means to me:o:D

Well im certianly starting to feel like an 'old timer' even tho i've only been on this thread since oct so 3months but come off the pill in Feb so will be a year next monet(yayNOT!) but then i suppose i should feel lucky that ive managed to get 3 bfp's but they arnt sticky bfp's.

Thinking about going back to the doctors but i just dont see what different tests he will do. I know they all say that there is nothing i could/couldnt off done that caused my mcs, but just feeling like that it is me, im bl**dy 20 years old i should be popping loads off kids out!!
Get your butt to the doctors Missy! As others have said, it's the magic 3:mad:..they'll pull their finger out now and hopefully do some tests for you..especially with you still being a young'un(in age).

    (((HUGS))) to you sweetie xx

Why does the multi quote only let you quote 3 people?! Such a nightmare when I can't remember what I wanna say to people...

I've justs done 30 mins of yoga on my Wii! I'm assuming exercise is good for ttc...it's just fitness in general is it not. Does any type of exercise have particular benefits over any other?

I choose yoga because it makes me focus on my breathing (I'm asthmatic), gives me more flexibility and I find it a bit of a destress. I probably should do some aerobic exercise though.
I like yoga too:) I use yoga for relaxation & toning but I've got the active fit for the Wii now and it's great for aerobics, which is what will burn fat faster...if you do a mix of aerobic(only until you feel slightly out of breath though..I was mortified at how quickly I got out of breath to begin with:eek:) and then yoga then you can't go wrong;):D I do approx 20mins of each.
Awww thanks sweetie!! Yes, I'm still lurking!! Although I get most of the news through the Secret Circle, I do like to have a look-in when it's not going mental here!! I agree, lets hope we get some old-timers STICKY BFP's very soon.....and of course everyone else here gets theirs too....
Nice to see you posting:) Hope alls well your end:) x

Nothing to report here cd23 today & 2dpo and not feeling particularly hopeful but I don't mind tbh got so much to sort out that getting a bfp will just throw me off kilter and then poor DH would end up having to plan and sort his own party out...trust me, this is not a route to go down..he is so disorganised it's scary!

    Sorry, had to giggle;):p

Shout out your window if anyone's got a spare test!! (I'm guessing you don't have any and that's why you're not testing... or is it because snow = not allowed to test:confused::D)

  • Well, it stops a girl testing too early, although I would still have a test if I had resisted that particular urge...no tests at home, we are lucky to have bread and milk and leccy!

Lauralou I'm so sorry to hear your news. Like others have said, after 3 m/cs hopefully investigations can start - not that I imagine that is any consolation at the moment.

And no, you shouldn't in anyway feel 'lucky' to have had 3 bfp that turned out not to be sticky. I know I and a few others have said we've not had any bfps at all in x months, but this hasn't meant "its not fair, I've not even got as far as a m/c".

The way I would try to think about it is that you WILL eventually get that sticky bean, and to get there you will have had to go through all this sh*t.

I'm so sorry, can't imagine how bad it must feel ((((hugs))))
Proud to be a moneysaver!
