morning, so I could not resist any longer and POAS and BFN typical, I'm not really surprised I dont feel pregnant but I got a bit dizzy last night at work and I dont normally get dizzy. In fact the only time in my life I have was in my last pregnancy. All the people coming in for pregnancy tests doesnt help either, I think I scared one bloke with my talk of if he gets 2 and its negative but her period still doesnt come then at least he has another one to test in a couple of days. Men dont like that word lol.

Af will probably come today now I've done a test, due tomorrow so I'll still test fri if not here.
  • Morning- I've emailed my boss to tell him I'm working from home today. Just not prepared to risk getting stranded somewhere in the freezing cold.

BigBird have you tried the First Response Ov sticks? I can vouch for them myself, and my sister also used them and got preg quickly. They seem to be good an pinpointing your most fertile days. Mind you I have a regular as clockwork cycle, so guess that helps.

How am I going to get to heaven?,

Thanks MV. I've not tried any ov predictor sticks yet, just working on CM and BBT at the moment. I might give those a try next month.

When should I think about testing?
When period is normally due. Earliest would be around 10 days past ovulation. I'd test 14 days after though. No need to waste a stick. What will be will be;)
  • Tested again. bfn. Am thinking negative thoughts about my age and the decline in fertility that is supposed to accompany it.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

  • How old are you, GFH? I'm 37 in March :o

    Can't stop thinking about Laura.

Loads of snow here, many schools closed but my sons was open. He was surprisingly pleased about that as he wants to build snowmen with his mates :p Was groggy when I woke up so phoned my boss and said I'd try to come in later, she said "Best not to in this weather, keep yourself warm and safe" Bless her, she's not normally a softie at all. I wonder what the other people in our team thought of that? They probably think I'm teacher's pet :rotfl:

Ah, the 2ww - of course. I'll get the hang of the lingo eventually!

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking? I'm 35 and trying not to worry too much about what I keep reading on the internet about my fertility. My mum had me at 36, my Nan was in her late 30s when she had my uncle and my sister's friend had a baby at 40 despite having resigned herself to it not happening due to medical conditions. All concieved naturally. So hang in there, because it can happen!
