Hi Smartie, no idea hopefully not long. the whole thing has been a right faf though already! Gp wanted him to go to hospital an hours drive away for test when he drives past the hospital 10 mins away everyday! He managed to sort it out directly with the hospital himself so who knows what will happen with the results!0

Maddie I'm doing ok at the mo. On a bit of tenderhooks at the mo as dh had his little swimmers tested last thursday so waiting on the results. I am secretly petrified and feeling very emotional about it but trying not to let on. If it comes back bad news then that will be the end of the road for us TTC.
Sammy sorry everything is so crap at the mo for you. Regards your cycle length I wouldn't worry too much about it. I seriously doubt it's a lp problem with cycle lengths like that. They only consider that a problem if less than 10 days. If you're charting you may well see that ov can vary quite a bit from cycle to cycle so if you've ov'd earlier your cycle will be shorter. My last 6 cycles have been
26 ov on 15 so lp 11days
28 ov on 16 so lp 12 days
23 ov on 14 so lp 9 days
28 ov on 17 so lp 11 days
26 ov on 15 so lp 11 days
34 ov on 19 so lp 15 days
So as you see ov varies quite alot but lp was 11-12 days (hoping last months 15 was down to the b6!) You will also get a rogue cycle from time to time (9 day lp) which is just the body's way of getting rid of what's not working and onto the next cycle more quickly.
My OH little swimmers was tested a few years ago and was told by the doctor, and i quote "your army of men are not fighting with a full batallion its more like a small platoon" So basically he said we had no chance of concieving naturally and lo and behold 2 months later i was pregnant with DS, so even if it does come back bad news try to maybe get a second opinion and i know its easier said than done, but try not to worry. Good luck with the results0 -
I've got an irational desire to test!!! There is no way I could have a bfp or even a ltp....so why can't I stop thinking about it!!
AF isn't even due till the 20th. I think it must be a case of too much time on my hands...lol.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
% of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%

"Put the test down and step away from the bathroom !!!!!!!!" :rotfl: i know how you feel though i am the same, i get the urge to test the day after we BD'd !!! I must waste loads of tests every month and i'm only on mt 4th cycle !0 -
Thanks Mrsmc, will try to stay positive but think if they do come back as bad then the fact we have been trying for nearly 3 years now will probably confirm it for me. I guess what will be will be. Thank you for posting though it does help!0

It's quiet tonight! Has everyone got loads of snow? We havent got any
Hoping some comes through the night....
Becs, fingers crossed that you get good test results on Thursday. At least you will know one way or the other if there is an issue or not. I hope its all good news for you and other half.
Freebie, I'm sorry, I read back through and didnt congratulate you on your BFP. Congratulations :j Be careful walking in that snow though - especially when it gets to the icy stage.
Laura - How is your dog and his paws? I keep thinking about that from time to timeMy Teddy had a gash appear on one of his back legs last week - not sure how he got it - must have been from running around somewhere. I was umming and ahhing about whether to be an overprotective mummy and whisk him to the vets, or let it be and see if it heals naturally. I left it, and its scabbed over quite nicely now - so hope he doesn't lick the scab off lol
I've got a bit of my PMA back. Had a nice day in with DH today, he decided not to go to work. He said that the lunch I made him today was the best lunch I've ever made(I very rarely cook lol), so maybe I'm cut out to be a housewife! We're going to book our Eurodisney trip tomorrow for next week - hopefully the weathers not too bad!
Hugs and sticky baby dust to all x0
