I have to add to what Becs has said about sharing our feelings...I bowed out of the thread months ago because there was a wave of bfp's and it nearly drove OH and I apart. He said I had to stop coming on here because everytime there was a bfp I was beside myself-always very happy for the recipient but then the monster. He said sometimes I made him feel like I blamed him for it not being our turn that month. We took a backseat for a couple of months and then when we got back to it-there it was. The girls who were around when I was were such a huge support when I came on just after I had a m/c in March. We had been trying for about 9 months at that point-so I've been very lucky it "only" took me 18 months. But then when I did get my bfp, I was so scared to come on here and say so....because I remember what it did to me. But then I thought to myself: "how could I not come and share it here, wen these ladies helped keep me sane when I was trying to keep it together?Isn't that really what this thread is about? The journey that ends in the bfp-the thing we are all waiting for. Each and every one of us will get that bfp that sticks-eventually. Someone said that to me once and it seemed so far away-but its here now. Im still so very scared that I'll lose ths one too...and if I couldnt come on here and say I'm pregnant, Id have to keep it to myself and Im sure that would rip me apart.

oh polka, don't feel you have to justify being happy about your BFP. And I know I might as well tell you not to breathe but try not to worry about m/cing and enjoy that happy feeling. We're all with you.

All I can do is echo Becs' post for those missing their PMA at the moment - AF rocked up yesterday so we're now on cycle 13 and yes, it gets really hard. But - for those people who may be struggling with seeing the BFP's on this thread ( and no offence but I was one of them but am coming around to it hehehehehe ;-) ) but this is giving me hope now. It's been just over a year but that means it will either be me soon (and I can drink over Crimbo - get in!!!!) or if not I'll find out at some point what we need to do.

I'm so completely thrilled for everyone who has had their BFP I can't tell you - but I'm insanely jealous as well!!!!! I'll carry on knitting the virtual booties you'll never receive - unlike others on this thread I'm not blessed in the art of knitting lol!!!!! And those who are know who I'm talking about!! ;-)

I wish everyone on here the best - forgive me if I don't post often I don't get that much internet access but fingers crossed for all those hoping, congrats to all those expecting and massive love and snugs for those keeping going xxxxxxx

Think with FRER and some internet cheapies you can test 4 days before but the accuracy is much less than waiting a couple more days to test. Remember that the concentration of HCG doubles every couple of days. Plus, with early tests you should use first morning urine because its more concentrated.

AF is also due on 27th for me. Shall we be testing buddies and stop each other from testing too early and wasting money?

just popping in from other board, I thought that it takes men 3 months to produce the sperm so whatever sperm is been used now would have been produced 3 months ago (someone correct me if I am wrong though)
