ooh blimey..I'm kind of strangely calm most of the time, then a mix of excitement with pure terror :T:eek:

I think until I've done another test I'm just going to supress any feelings I have. This is the first time for me so I have no idea what to expect physically or emotionally.

Yes men + leaving do's/work parties = receipe for trouble!

Mine always swears he's 'just going for a couple' and then proceeds to drink the bar dry! And he mixes his drinks too...Friday he started on beers, then moved onto wine, and finished it all off with a number of JD+cokes!

It's fine if he can hold it together, not fine when he starts saying he feels sick during the taxi ride home. Not to mention hangovers next morning...:rolleyes:

no hun because he has always drank the same and i had a m/c before my dd and i wasn't with my dh then so it was more than likely my body.

i know drinking can effect sperm but worring about whether it is effecting the sperm will cause more harm than the actually drinking. i know its not nice them drinking and i have had some right times with my dh luckierly hes much better now and i think i've relaxed abit to. the big thing i got to ease him drinking is i film him when he was drunk and made him watch it sober cause he didn't relise how bad he was. also he drinks ale now instead of lager or bitter which can means he doesn't get drunk as quick.

i know its hard hun relax let a few things go over your head and to keep u busy plan ways of making the bding more exciting and different and romantic.

if u want any tips on what i have learnt over the years or any advice please do pm me

Thank you all for your congratulations...its still not sunk in yet but I am very happy. Got a doctors appointment for 4.10 today not sure what he will do, but it said on pregnancy test if it was positive to go to the doctors so we are...starting drink caffeine free coffee today its tasteless!!!

I started drinking Redbush Rooibos tea, didn't like it at first, but it grew on me. Caffeine free ofcourse.:cool:

I'm on CD3 today and feeling a bit better now although I'm still in pain - just about manageable without painkillers, although I think I'm gonna have to get my hot water bottle out of my desk drawer as my back is quite sore! Still feel sick whenever I eat anything, can't believe it took me 2 hours to eat a pain au chocolat this morning (felt too sick to eat before I left for work)!

Hello ladies - well I just did another test and it was a BFP.

I'm still not due on for another 4 or 5 days though so its early early early days, cool none the less.

I think I'm actually kind of in shock right now....
