CD15 for me and am oving as we speak (nice :o). Didn't bd last night though as hubby told me he couldn't perform to order and he was tired, he started trying once I was nearly asleep but I was so hurt that I brushed him off. We had a quick chat about it this morning before work and I explained that I won't become fertile again now until new year and I think putting it like that made him realise a bit why, frankly, he needs to bl00dy well perform to order if we are actually serious about conceiving a baby. We'll have a go tonight I reckon but I think I'm probably out this month :(

On a related note, for the last couple of months I've had a tiny bleed at ov time. What is this? It's brown as in old blood. Hardly anything, not worried, just wondered what it was

Sticky dust everyone, and love especially to Elliebobs

Thank you all soo much; I am (at the moment) being quite philisophical about it; I'll probably unleash hell tomorrow though! I have already warned OH (who has been ab fab; telling him that our baby had died was horrific)

I have a feeling it's going to be a long night.

On the subject of names I'm with Courgette! I do know of a baby boy called Gabriel but he was born in about September and doesn't have a sidekick. As a friend I think all you can do is smile politely and hope someone with less tact lets them know.

much love to you all and thanks once again for all your good wishes. If karma could be converted we'd all be breeding like rabbits!

I was philosophical too, doesn't stop it hurting though. You're allowed to feel very very sad and burst into tears without warning.

I was always unsure about karma but after my mc I've decided that it's a load of balls. There is nothing in my past that deserves that amount of pain to be visited on me

    Take good care xxx

  • Ellie I am so so sorry about your news. Please, please remember to take some time to grieve. I didn't and it hit me months later. Take as much time as you need under the comfort blanket and with your OH and when you're ready to try again, it will happen.

No news here. AF has stopped (I think). Haven't seen OH for a bit as he's been away and I've been all pathetic and missing him.

Had a dream last night that someone was telling me I was pregnant and I kept saying that they were wrong cause I'd just had AF and they kept saying that it didn't matter, I was pg and then I went into labour. Was quite tempted to POAS when I woke up to make sure.

Happy Bd'infg for everyone OVing and lots of sticky baby dust for everyone.

    Hello! :santa2:

I'm a recent lurker, and would like to join you ladies please!
Me & DH started trying to TTC in October, when we got back from honeymoon, and are now on Cycle 3. I'm on CD11 so will hopefully be OV'ing v soon - I bought some OV sticks from eBay so keeping my fingers crossed this will be the month for me - I'd love a Christmas BPF!!

One thing I'm finding hard is the obsessiveness I have about being PG - no one in RL (apart from one close friend) knows we are TTC so I'll be glad to have you lot to hand!! :T

Lots of baby dust for everyone, and so sorry about your bad news elliebobs :(

I have to tell you lot this...not sure whether its cute or hilarious:p Just spoke to my friend back home and she's really excited her and her fella have finally chosen baby names(shes due with twins on Xmas day!) They've chosen.....

    Girl baby = Angel
    Boy Baby = Gabriel

Is that funny or cute?!?!? I can't decide:o:rotfl::o
I was very tactful on the phone and said I was busy at work so would have to go and hung up:o:o I know I'm such a bad friend!:o

Fuzz, I have to be honest. My reaction? "No way"" My DH's reaction? "!!!! OFF!!!" :rotfl: That is so wrong lol.

Ellie hunny, i'm so sorry. I have everything crossed here that they're wrong. They can be you know.....

Sammygirl, I'm not using OV sticks - yet. Everytime I think about getting them, I *might* be PG, then it turns out i'm not and by the time I think about it again, I could be - just don't want to waste money

I'm still temping. It might be going OK, I really don't know - I'm not PG yet. It is showing i'm OV so who knows what the problem is?

Who knew this would all be so hard?

  • I've heard worse. What about poor "Talula does the hula from Hawaii" in New Zealand. Also feel sorry for "Number 16 bus shelter", "Violence" and "Midnight Chardonnay"

Really sorry to hear your news Elliebobs, I hope your okay *hugs*

Fuzz; Your message a bout names made me laugh so much! Maybe just one of the names like 'Angel' or 'Gabriel' might be okay, but the two of them together, it might seem a great idea to the parents but you always have to bear in mind how the children will be treated for the rest of their lives! I kno it sounds dramatic but I know some kids can be very cruel with names!

On a similar subject, has anyone else done this or is it just me? I have a list of possible names for a future baby (that I am still yet to conceive  grr!) my OH thinks I am nuts, however he still suggests names he would like lol.

OH just put up the xmas tree! Ooh how very exciting, its beginning to feel more real that Christmas is not far away at all!
