    Hi Quaver

Eating wise...I am trying to eat healthly, but its a losing battle :o:o Drinking wise, I drink mostly water, I tend to stay clear of fruit juice, fizzy pop etc. I drink a couple of cups of coffee in the morning and a cup of decaffinated tea before bed. I have the odd glass of wine and soda at the weekend. Eating wise I always have porridge for breakfast and soup and sandwich for lunch. Fruit, yoghurts, crisps and chocolate for snacks :o:o:o Chocolate and crisps are my downfall...I'd really like to lose a couple of stones
I'm not a porridge person, but otherwise I'm following a similar eating regime:p

I wonder if I should get my hubby to cut down on alcohol too?
I don't drink alcohol or coffee, and am cutting down on tea.

Oooooh, how exciting!!! You could have left him the Christmas tree to decorate ;) Have you checked out the threads on the Christmas Moneysaving board? Loads of ideas there and how to do the passport so it has your local airport stamp. Brilliant!!!

If you manage that one, let me know so I can try it out on my OH! That's a bit unfair...I'm making him sound like a huge drinker and he only drinks Fridays and Saturdays lol

When I first started TTC I ate loads of fruit and veg, cut down completely on chocolate, coffee, tea, crisps, alcohol, etc. However as the months have passed, so has my motivation! Chocolate is my major problem, I crave it all the time but have still tried to cut it back. I have never smoked so thats one less thing to give up, and I have never been a drinker (not so keen on the hangovers!) its just chocolate, crisps and tea and coffee that are my habit! I drink about 2/3 cups per day of tea, does tea contain much caffeine? I dont like the decaf stuff! I drink about 3 cups of coffee a week so not much of that. Also, where we live you will struggle to get decent fresh fruit and veg, theres a couple of new shops opening in town within the new couple of weeks so hopefully they will be better than the morrisons/ iceland choice we have now, both of which i find very bad for fresh stuff. I have been taking Pregnacare conceive plus for 6 months now. Otherwise nothing much has changed, OH hasnt changed his diet but is it similar to mine, and he basically eats what i cook anyway! I have tried to cut down any unnecessary medication i take, keeping to the minimal which i know causes no harm just incase i do get pregnant, only prob is i do hav odd spells where i am ill (like this week) and i do not want to be put on any stong medication just incase.

i'm having a sad and wanna be preg day today. I am generally ok with waiting till sep next year to try , but today i just really feel broody. I love spending time with my kids and love seeing them grow up and learning new things, but today just getting me down . and i don't know why. i lucky in that my hubby wants more and that we have a plan to try. but sep seems so long away and i don't want to wish any time away.

Sorry for my ramblings, i sure there so many others that find it hard not being preg when you want to be.
