Just a quick post from me as back from Scotland today complete with really lousy cold/flu! Just feel like I want to die at the moment because coughing hurts so much! Reflexologist said ov would be last thursday firest day at my bro's and we did the deed! However cbfm puts ov at tomorrow and really can't face that tonight so lets hope reflexologist was right and monitor is wrong!
Congratulations DP.:T
Skitscottslass I'm not scottish but my sister in law is and my mum. My brother and family moved to Stirling a couple of years ago and my parents are looking to retire up there next year. It's only 5 and a half hours from us so sure my mum will be a lot of help if we ever do manage to conceive!
Jacobsmum the gingerbread I think they said will last a couple of weeks in an airtight container, mind you it won't last that long with my nephews around! I don't like the stuff either!:rotfl:0 -
Becs; fingers crossed that reflexologist was spot on! Hope you're feeling better soon.0

Hello! Can I join you ladies?:j
I'm going to try for a baby:D
I don't have any children. I married in June, and had BFP soon after, but had miscarriage in August (baby died at 10 weeks).
I've started taking folic acid since end of August this time, and also started charting BBT.
Fingers crossed it'll work second time around:o
Do you have any tips? I've started cutting down on caffeine by drinking Rooibos tea instead:p0 -
Hi and Welcome QQuaver, sorry to hear about your mc, there are lots of us on here that have been through similar, I hope your stay with us is short and you get your bfp and sticky bean soon.0

Becs - You'll get to know the M6/M74 very well, just like me. What else did reflexologist say? Are you going back to see her?
jacobsmum - are you having an elf to stay at your house or is Jacob a bit young for that?
Hi Quaver
Eating wise...I am trying to eat healthly, but its a losing battleDrinking wise, I drink mostly water, I tend to stay clear of fruit juice, fizzy pop etc. I drink a couple of cups of coffee in the morning and a cup of decaffinated tea before bed. I have the odd glass of wine and soda at the weekend. Eating wise I always have porridge for breakfast and soup and sandwich for lunch. Fruit, yoghurts, crisps and chocolate for snacks
:o:o Chocolate and crisps are my downfall...I'd really like to lose a couple of stones
