Just had baby sis over with her youngest two kids - the oldest of whom was born at the same time my bean would have been born had I not mc'd. My mum was here too and she didn't know about my mc - the reactions of a close friend I told put me off (basically my friend said that it was for the best and why was I upset when it wasn't even a real baby), but as soon as I gave the baby a cuddle she was like "Are" you ok?" and acting like I was going to kidnap her. She doesn't know we're ttc and I'm trying to pretend I don't want kids to avoid the horrible cloying sympathy, but I'm getting it anyway because I'm in my 30s without kids. Arrgh.
But sisters kids are lovely. Older one is at cude toddling about, talking and throwing himself at everyone for lots of cuddles, and the baby is all smiley and giggly and cuddly.
On a related issue AF is trying to kill me. I've flooded 3 times, there's so much blood and clotting. Happily the cramping I usually get isn't present so happy enough with that and feeling more positive about the coming months. My reaction to AF scared me - I was a bit relieved so maybe its best that it's going to take a few months (but hopefully not too many iyswim)0 -
Hi everyone, just back from the good food show, had a great time. Now sat in front of the fire as iam very cold. AF came this morning. Are the ov strip tests on ebay any good.Married 09/09/090

What a complete cow! Is she still a friend? I cant believe some people. Do you not feel that you can tell your Mum and wee sis? Was it your Mum that was acting like you were going to kidnap the baby or your 'friend'?
Hope AF settles down for you xx0 -
I've had a lovely day. A morning of bding and snuggles. Ireland/South Africa match and now Wales/Australia. Got some vino to celebrate. Then it's OH's family birthday meal tomorrow. He's 40 a week today so it's a busy week or two coming up.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

SSL I love the Edinburgh German Market, we go every year, just booked our train tickets today we're going through on the 12th
I've got a candle party tonight - I have been to one almost every month this year - but the consultant is ill, I am doing the party for her!!! It's at my sisters house and I am quite looking forward to it, I'm thinking of becoming a consultant to earn a little extra money now I'm not teaching as much.
On a downer though because tomorrow was my due date for my first mc, not looking forward to that - hubby is taking me to a clydesdale horse sale though to cheer me up!0
