  • Hi all, you've been chatty today!I have to admit I've only whizzed through again as I have a piercing headache (didn't get to sleep till gone 2am last night!).Hope everyone is well.
Good luck Nikkit!!Sounds v promising, labour vibes to you
Hugs to kindof, glad you've cleared the air and come to an agreement.I've been in a similar position myself, but my hubby used to smoke the stuff regularly. His friend used to come rd and the front rm wd be hazy with smoke. When I was pregnant with dd he took to smoking it outside and his friend stopped coming to visit.DD was born, hubby still didn't stop.At one point I threw his stash out the kitchen window!lol.Anyway he gave up when she was about 18 months old as we had a chat about dd becoming more aware etc.And he was concerned about her realising what he was doing etc.
I've finally found a buggy/pram from ebay. It's the loola pushchair in oxygen red with the windoo carrycot. So I can now breathe a sigh of relief.Got a bargain too compared to the rrp when new.Night night all, take care x

DH has just come in from work, walked in the front room, got on the phone, spoken to BIL whose gone out, then got off phone, given me a kiss, and then b*ggered off upstairs, got changed and has gone out again!

I dont mind him going out, i find the whole thing quite amusing LOL

Im more annoyed that I could have eaten the rest of that pie earlier!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kindof - Woohoo and yeay for having finnished work :D

Nikkit - poor you being holed up in hospital all that time :( Hope labour comes quick and easy x

CAFC - Pie sound really nommy :D Hope the viewing goes better than the last x

Maureen - you'll need to keep eating foods high in iron if you want to avoid tabs, one big portion every so often wont do it am afraid :(

SJ - makes sense now I know what your OH does as a job, I can see your dilemma!

weezle - nice to see you popping in :D

Gill - sorry your morning started of so poo, good stuff still getting the shop open on time tho x Fingers crossed it was just one of those odd things with your car and doesnt happen again x Oh welldone posting about the H&B offer, I was in there yesterday and picked up what should be the last of my RLT and totally forgot to mention it.

twinkles - the Loola is a fab pushchair, one I would have considered too had the XLR not had the carry cot added, tried to talk the MIL into getting one for her house as it was on sale at one point and cheaper than the one she did go for, crazy lady!

Karen - not sure whats going on with EA, she is posting on FB ok, think like SJ said maybe a lil fed up now.

EA - if your reading pop by and let us know your ok x

Went out to friends musical tonight, as always her bits were brilliant, some of the other bits not so! But hey there only amatures and probably sing better than me lol. Oh and the whole night only cost me £5 so cheap time hehe. Forgot to say earlier, when I was in Tesco this am they had nursing bras for £4, thats their normal price not sale, they were white and plain but for £4 ok. Didnt have the size I think I'll need but will keep an eye out and maybe get one to try.

Twinkles- the loola is very similar to what we have, the main difference is the handles- I wanted a bar so I could push one handed.

Sorry that I set everyone off about food last night, chinese was lovely until I ate too much and then got 2 hours of painful contractions for my troubles. I was then thirsty all night too :(

Am in pain this morning- my hip pain seems to get worse every day and nothing seems to help:mad:

Som I think we have v similar taste when it comes to buggys!I'm really excited as it looks so nice and I love the colour. How shallow amI?:rotfl:Seriously thou hubby and me have done nothing but research buggys/prams for 3 days-glad it's sorted now.:D
Forgot to say I had a midwife visit me yest, all is well.Trace of protein in wee but not worried, blood pressure behaving and most importantly little miss has started engaging-yay!:TApp 'cos it's my 2nd she's unlikely to engage fully till labour. She also reassured hubby that it is ok for baby to born from 37 wks onwards. So eviction starts from tomorrow!:).Have a great day everyone x
