Nikkit - just being nosey what did you pack as a going home outfit? I just assumed LO would wear a vest and sleepsuit under a snow suit. Oh and I need to pack a hooded towel so thanks for reminder :D

kindof - yeay for all your pressies and GV's sounds like you have a lovely section :D

SJ - am so pleased with quality too, I dont mind paying the full price for another one later, maybe even the really big one :D

EA - lol about the singing :) Oh nommy pizza could do with one of those for tea, nice and easy and quick.

Kindof - we have to take towels tho have only packed one large one for me atm, just thinking on should really pop another in for my hair (I have quite long hair!). Oh and totally agree with what you said about peter andre.

redstar - sorry to hear about the crash, did you get checked out by doc/mw?

OK most of bag packed, realised I either need to buy some duplicates of things like moisturiser and hairbrush and/or manage with out the exact thing, so wide comb instead of hairbrush. Other alternative is to leave a note on bag reminding me to take missing items, am gonna have to do this for drinks anyhow.

Gonna make OH clean out car boot at the weekend(we have sooooo much junk in there!), cos the weather is crap he wants to pay to have a mini valet so its all clean in side too, need to see how much that is tho first. Once its all clean car seat can go in and stay in till we need it then :D

GISI - thanks for the info on frames will have to look either on line or go to the large store in Kingston.

its just a outfit i bought , jeans and tshirt set,

i was going to put our car seat in car , but I think about how expensive it is and worry that if im out and about and someone sees it they may break in to car to get it , so gonna leave the car seat and put in boot on way to hospital then attach it all when we come home IYSWIM, they always say not to leave valuables in car and the car seat we have is valuable :P

Nikkit - thanks, am thinking will pack a special out fit too now.

GISI - the frames at Wilkos are they the exact size 18 x 10 cos I cant find them on line, closest I can track down is 18 x12 on Amazon!

  • I can't remember, Som! I just saw they had some about the right size. Defo more in store than online. I actually bought mine from eBay but not had them yet.

Tesco would be another place to get your frame Som :) We've got a Tesco home and wear store in my nearby town and their frames are reasonable. Or maybe Asda? x
