Supersaver - I have omeprazole! :D They are amazing lol.

Yeah they are fine, my doctor read out the small bit about them and pregnancy in his doctors book thing. And it says something about not harming the baby at all :)
  • Oh excellent :D Thanks for that EA x

Will have a word with the doc then if the gaviscon doesn't do any good, but omeprazole are great as they stopped heartburn completley for me b4 :D

Kindof - both cases look a reasonable size so think i might be ok with what I have, will find out tomorrow! Oh and the Gym and clothes are fab, love Tigger :)

Bought some plastic food containers like the take away type ones, in the cheapie shop today. Thought I could freeze the left over stew, but me and OH had such big portions theres only one more portion left, so will probably have it for lunch tomorrow hehe. Not sure if Ill get round to prepping much food for freezer, back hurts standing over the counter and even just when I wash up quick :( Picked up my collages from post office today :D there so much nicer than I had thought, just need to find some pic frames now. Anyone know where I can get 18x10" frames from?

Cool, they were £10 each in priceless shoes if you have one lol :) I am starting to love Tigger as well

Hmms how about Wilkinsons for frames?

    Does your back hurt bad?

Sonee - We bought stuff when we found out, but we dont have the pram in the house, OH thinks its crazy and I do a ltitle bit but too many people told me not to put it in the house I Was scared too lol

Thanks SJ :) well no harm in two gyms is there lol

What did they do at the waterbirth session?

COngratrs and welcome Durham Girl :) I take it you are another northerner?

Labour Vibes to Nikkit and SJ :)

SS - Sorry to hear your son wasnt well the other night (((hugs)))

LOL Gymfiend how big are your bags? whats in them? cos I honestly cant think of anything to take out of mine, I thought they were an ok size lol

Do they not tell you Gymfiend what your parentcraft session is? I got a timetable so I could pick and choose mine, LOL at your OH asking if you weigh more, :o I do now I reckon, last time I was at slimming which was week before christmas I was 14 stone 11

Nikkit - I felt sorry for Peter Andre as well

ymakesmile - did they test your wee that you took down? and then found protein in it? cos when they did that at my MW they sent that sample that I had provided away to be tested (mine came back clear, I am sure you will be fine too xx)

KT1985 I am jealous of your McDonalds breakfast lol

I have yet to find any maternity stuff in asda, but I have been buying bigger sizes which are ok

Well its my second last day today at work.

  • 1more- The midwife just took my blood pressure, tested my urine and booked me in for my 25 week appointment plus my anti-d injections at 28 and 34 weeks. About it really.

Sonee- I have an angelsounds which I love. I've been able to listen to the heartbeat since 9+3 and it is lovely to listen to.

Kindof- She tested the sample I took in and then because of the protein asked me to do another sample which I took to the doctors. Though they was being really awkward about taking it but I said I couldn't keep coming up to the doctors each day until they would take it. Blooming awkward receptionists as usual!

maureen - sorry your having a rough time finding mat clothes! I'm a size 16/18 but alot nearer 18 I think atm and I know some of my pre pregnancy clothes still fit me now even with a huge bump, so have a good rummage through your wardrobe. I thought I might be ruinning them but they wash up fine and saves money :D

Starting to get indigestion occasionally now, never got it before pg, but its fairly mild so seem to be coping either eating extra stron mints or drinking peppermint tea.

CAFC - eek if it is an absyss! I hate when I've had those in the past, hope you can take antibiotics for it while PG.

sonee - dont have a heart monitor, was going to get one but MW warned me off using them all the time so I didnt want the temptation and decided to use the money for something else.

EA - thats awful the post office hiked the cost that much and especially not telling you, was lucky and had the car yesterday so was able to collect from main office. BTW if you find somewhere that sells the correct size frames let me know am not having much look atm :(

KT - do you have any pics of your creation?

ymake - hope your next sample is better x

Right just had home made ham and cheese sub :D why is it grated cheese tastes better than slices in sandwiches ?? Dog is back and looking/smelling good think he's worn out now tho, he looks odd and you can see his eyes again hehe. Baby bag all packed and slowly gathering bits together for mine and pilling them on the bed while watching Glee on the lappy :) Have opted to pack cotton wool pads instead of balls or pleats, MW didnt specify just said cotton wool and I thought these might be better. Anyone taking a top n tail bowl with them? MW mentioned at antenatal yesterday and said they get left behind and to just bring an old marge tub or something  hadnt even thought of this! May just pack two of them disposable type take away containers I bought in the cheapie shop yesterday.

Right ep 5 of Glee and some flap jack while back to packing, didnt think it would take so long!!

My bags are tiny Kindof, I'm known for doing everything unprepared though :D OH is always amazed at how I can go on holiday with less than 1/2 a suitcase, and still get by! I wish I could be more organised/prepared but I'm just rubbish at it?! Glad you're having a nice 2nd to last day :D

I wouldn't mind OH asking me what I weighed but he knows I've put on a stone & a half, and I didn't weigh 14 stone to begin with, so think he was just being thick! We were wondering after if they'd weigh you before letting you in the pool?! Seems a really random restriction! They vaguely said that 2nd antenatal was on breastfeeding which I'm interested in, but the way it was all worded was as if those who bottle feed are the devil, really annoyed me as it will inevitably lead to making mums who can't feel like failures :(

Sonee that's a right bargain for a doppler!

Bless him SS :) Reminded me of a story I was telling SJ yesterday - saw OHs step grandma the other week and she said 'Oh how lovely that you're calling baby Jake', erm...no we're not! I didn't know what to say so I just played along, poor thing, she's 80 something and will be really confused when I tell her what he's really called!!!

Have you tried eBay for the changing bag EA?

KT how cute, baby leg warmers!

Maureen I've had a few maternity bits from Asda & found them good :) Also found the sizes run quite big so they last a long time.

Can't believe it's almost 2pm and all I've done is eat some cereal and get dressed, lazy or what. Really need to get off my backside!

OMg just heard about the peter andre interview , how awful for him , i feel for him
its here if you havent seen it

    http://www.newsmediaimages.com/blog/peter-andre-interview-with-kate-burley-today/

I can't say I particularly like Peter Andre but what a horrible, ridiculous interview!! The interviewer sounded so cold and insincere when she kept stressing how they warned him they would show that and that they didn't mean to upset him.

How can they even suggest that someone would be able to adopt his kids when he plays such an active role in their lives????
