I forgot to tell you ladies about my last ante-natal class I think...
DH had played football the day before and his back was a bit sore, so we arrived and he puts his hand on the bottom of his back as he sits down and says (rather loudly) "Ohh my back is so sore" :rotfl: Good job nobody heard what he'd said or he may have been lynch mobbed!!!
I gave him a look and he went bright red. Funny.0 -
SJ To be honest with you I really don't know
I suppose if I get to term and I start to feel them I'll assume I'm in labour.
I'll just have to hope that my waters break at the right time if I start feeling them early lol but I've to phone the hospital if I do start feeling the contractions anyway.
For anyone who's interested I've found this website good and also quite reassuring http://www.irritable-uterus.com/About_IU.aspCross Stitch Cafe member 710 -
Fair enough. If they didn't mention it then maybe it's just the same for anyone having BH's to then go into labour - when they change you'll just know kind of thing. Just thought I'd ask cos I'm nosey!0

evening ladies
had a nice relaxing evening, chilling out on the sofa watching everybody loves raymond, just feeling Little L kick around.... and then my peace was disturb by dh wanting to watch some police tv thing and telling me all about this book he just read..... i glazed over a bit so have come upstairs to save myself...
Thanks for the advice re gums, think im gonna have to bite the bullet so to speak and buy some cordosyl by the sounds of it. im brushing twice a day and even bought a softer toothbrush, and use macleans mouthwash. I kinda expect it when I brush but just randomly throughout the day is really annoying LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -

Hi Nikki,
Yes, I'm fairly sure that would've been the same MW- my dd is 11 and I know the MW I had for her and DS(8) had been there for years and years... she had short brown hair and glasses and was very softly spoken. I actually saw her recently in the eye clinic at hosp:p as a patient- not working;)
Mv- hugs to you, hope you've had a good evening out- make an appt mon, hopefully they'll get you in for a early scanI'm sure all will be well though.
Som your room looks lovely- hoping we can do something similar- with 3 kids already this bubs won't have its own nursery so it'd be nice if we can make a little corner in ours specially for her:o
EA your wedding dress is beautiful, the material looks really special and I love all the detail as well as the train, you'll look fab xBusy mummy of 4.:j0 -
Morning everyone
Hope you're all ok x
Well I went to my local asda yesterday to have a gander at the bits and bobs for the baby event...got my nappies, wipes and a few outfitsManaged to get pulled into the rest of the store by all the offers calling out my name and spent more than I bargained for...ooops. OH took us to toys r us after, as I love the bargains Nikkit got with the bedding
Got myself the tommee tippee breast and bottle kit,was £119.99 but scanned at £39.99!!!??? Feel in love with a pram there too but I'll be saving up at bit for that :S.My son managed to shove a mini milk and a fruit shoot in the trolley to without me knowing, lol
He's got the nack of doing that in tesco atm and as soon as i'm at the checkout I'm wondering where the cbeebies mag and milkybar came from...kids
All in all had a nice day shopping but was so tired when I got back.
Hope you all have a good day xx:smileyheaMummy to my lil' man born '05:smileyhea:j Baby boy due May 2010 :j0 -
Morning all!
SS - my DD is 4 and she's got really good at sneaking things in - shopping now takes three times as long, once while we shop, twice while I explain she's not getting those things, and three times while I put everything back!Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

SS - bargain on the TT breast feeding kit thats 66% off amazing! Are your Asda already selling the baby even items at the baby even prices? If so thats so fab
Choccy - hope you can sort out enough space in your room. Ours required a total furniture shuffle and also means that our bed is in a corner under the window so OH has to clamber in and out of bed from the end lol. But its so worth it
Nikkit - will have to keep an eye for those nursing bras in Matalan, there such a great price. Am in need of sleep bra's atm, as the ones am using atm are getting a lil small and uncomfy, but darent sleep without them!
Well rubbish nights sleep, was majorly grotty by the end of yesterday as OH was just being an old woman and moaning about everything and was getting under my skin. In laws didnt phone to be picked up till 11.25, then once we picked them up we had to go in for coffe and they told us all about there evening, so didnt get home till 1am! Went straight to bed and after a couple of hours OH was back to his normal tricks arrgghh, am not sure what I hate more sleep or the lack of!
Mums coming today, dont know when or how long for. There actually going on hols to cuba and their flight is from Gatwick so stopping by on route as we aren't too far from airport. They dont leave till tomorrow and are staying in a hotel at the airport tonight so no big rush on their part. Right more ironing me thinks..Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2
