That's lovely EA, the beading is gorgeous.

Sorry I've been awol for so long but we got stuck at MIL's cos of the snow it was horrible I've never been so bored in my whole life and DD got naughtier and naughtier as the days went on because she was bored bless her.

I thought I'd pop on and tell you about yesterdays excitement as I ended up going to hospital. I hadn't felt Izzy move properly since wednesday night, I'd felt a few small kicks on thursday but not her usual bullying so I phoned the hospital on friday morning and was told to go down there. I was hooked up to the monitor and the lovely midwife found Izzy's heartbeat straight away but instead of being near the bottom it was halfway up the righthand side. The midwife had a feel and said I wasn't feeling her move because Izzy was breech. At this point I started to feel a bit guilty for wasting their time but the midwife was really nice about it.
I was left for a bit so let the machine do it's stuff and when the midwife came back she asked me if I could feel any contractions because the monitor had picked up 5 in 20mins! I couldn't feel a thing so I had to see a doctor who has diagnosed me with an irritable uterus which, according to the doc, means my uterus contracts all the time and it could develop into proper labour at any time.

I don't think I'll be bothering with the raspberry leaf tea this time round unless I go overdue because it could make me go into labour sooner rather than later

How random! I wonder how you found her post? lol
eta:(again) She didn't say you were a weirdo in her post, she just said she felt a bit cagey. She was refering to the apron guy as the weirdo lol/QUOTE]

Not random at all as it happens. I often still look in on this thread/forum (as I am sure other people do). My daughter had a baby boy nearly 8 months ago and during her pregnancy I found this thread very useful and informative. I also thought it was a very friendly thread .

The very fact that I am referred to in a message about a wierdo, indicates that she thought of me in the same way. The truth of the matter is, I asked her opinion on working for a certain Company, hardly the actions of a wierdo!! I actually do the same job as the person in question and was thinking of moving on and just asked her opinion on who she worked for, not WHERE she worked.

Thats in comparison to my little sister, she's only 17 and is already bursting out of her F bra's. I assume a G cup is the next one up?
I told her to go to M&S to get measured :)

I'm 29+2 now EA and I've been told to take it easy and keep hydrated and hopefully I won't start feeling them but if i do there's some tablets I can take for it (magnesium I think he said)
I really hope I don't start feeling them especially as they were 4 mins apart, can you imagine thinking you're in labour for the next 11 weeks :rotfl:

Or Ebay them - sure you could get a bit for them in a bundle or 2
  • MV - Sending hugs, do see someone on Monday so that they can reassure you.
EA - loved the dress, it's gorgeous. It's also really generous of you to offer all that stuff, but I echo the others in saying 'get it on Ebay', then at least you can put the money towards some other baby stuff.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

Its not worth putting on ebay, they are asda and matalan so wouldn't get much, and also i didn't buy them. Someone gave them to us as she had them for her son but didn't use them (and they were stolen for her... lol), so i thought i'd pass on to someone that would use them :D
