    hope all goes well super....

well i had a fit earlier and just cried on dh about everything, and despit his usual avoidance of highly emotionally charged situations, he did really well, just laid with me, wiping my eyes and stroking my hair, so i feel better for having just vented but now my eyes are all achey from crying.... and ive got stretching pains on the right side of my bump.....

Convinced some days that this baby hates me LOL

Hi Fellow Extonian!!! It is my 2nd my Daughter was born in 1997!!!!!!

I have had no tests done at all by the doctors yet. I have seen my Dr twice Once 4 weeks agao when I first found out and then again today. She advised to bring my MW appointment forward to tomorrow as it is the MW that books the scans etc etc. Just would like some sort of realness if that makes any sense?????:o:o

Docs don't seem to do tests nowadays as they accept our word when we say the home test was positive. They also don't seem to do early scans unless you are bleeding ie threatened miscarriage. My mum was quite shocked when I explained how it works now although she had her last baby in 1990 so quite a bit before you. Also it seems different areas do things in different ways too.How confusing!I can understand wanting reassurance thou and making it seem more real, those first 12 wks before the scan are a killer.Did you suffer badly with your dd?Just wondering why your finding it so hard to accept this time?(Tell me to bog off if you want, :pjust wondering!)

Hello, been lurking for aaaaages, so only seems decent to introduce myself ;). I've got a due date of 12/07/10. This is my first, but OHs 2nd (got an almost 19 yr old). I've been vetoed on finding out the sex by everyone (booo), so it's a surprise for me, unless baby gives us a flash at our 20 week!

    Congrats Bexta and welcome :)

Yeah Som the BH are weird, its like I have no breath lol, I think Ive had a few before, but i've gone on to having quite a few in each day now! Its mad!!! I do like the RLT lol

Ohhhh I need to go to sainsburys, we are having our new years dinner with the family on sat (cos everyone is always busy on actual new year lol) and I need some of the low alcohol cider which is lush (it has 0.5 units in it) so I will have a look at baby stuff, does that usually go for toys and clothes as well

Tink I think twinkles meant how many home tests have you done (I did 10 :o lol)

Night super, I will be heading up soon, I am tired, I had a crap sleep I am going to the loo like 10 times a night, so I am trying to hold back on the drinking (but I am thirtsy) and am hoping I get a better sleep tonight, I had a nice bath already

Awww CACFC lol baby is just testing you lol :)

EA - yes I will send them off, just waiting to see if OH is gonna upgrade his phone next month tho, as I like to keep one phone as a spare just in case. Oh and am mega Jelous Burger King and Avatar :D How you finding sitting in the cinema for long periods, Sherlock holmes was so uncomfy for me at just over 2 hours! Oh and yeay for finding engagement ring hehe.

Kindof - yeay for sainsburys, OH and me are gonna go after work, just making a list of what I want. Its sad that I work in MOthercare and can still get excited at the most mundane baby stuff, even sadder still that its cheaper than getting it from work!

Well OH is sound asleep on sofa and am stuck in the comp chair cos we dont have any other seating :( wanna move him but as he is ill feel guilty. Debating going for a rummage thru baby cupboard refresh my mind exactly wot I have.

  • EA - That's great news about your ring, I was so unhappy when I thought I had lost mine, you must be delighted. I've now taken off my rings and put them away until after the baby's born.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)
