I agree not all 2nd babies are punctual. DD1 was 8 days late. DD2 was 6 days late, so I was expecting DS to be 4 days late, however he was born 2 days early!!! With this latest baby I am not sure what is going to happen!

PS. Labour vibes to those who need them!!

I am just waiting for amnio results at the moment. Its been almost two weeks but the hospital said it could be up to three weeks.

Glad we are all okay. I have a busy day planned, need to get a few xmas bits for OH and hunt down some stuffing as I've decided to attempt this.....

Well seen as halfpint is half african her skin will be darker and suit the names:p thats why i split the names into two lists for you but i do know some white people with the more common names i listed.

Can you not get new covers for the moses basket - seems a shame to get a new one?

We decided on Orit Rhian as the name in the end so we nolonger have a "half-pint"

Okay so my neighbours are banging again, not diy style banging, more door slamming type banging, but it's been going on a while now. They're utter morons, i can't understand what they must be doing?? Heard the hoover so assuming they're cleaning but !!!!!! :mad::mad: I can clean my house without banging every 5 seconds?? I don't think i'm going to cope well when i have a newborn and no sleep, to put up with the constant noise from both neighbours?? One of these days i'm gonna end up turning violent lol. Worst thing is they're quite friendly to me so it makes it harder to go round there asking them to stop the noise they think is reasonable.

ooh just been having a big catch up and slowly reading all the posts without skim reading, I got excited then for you beenie. I felt rough last night also. My back killed and i had cramps it was like period pain and i kept saying to hubby it can go away, I don't mind going into labour as i know they will still do a section but just not today please, as iv'e got my sons xmas play.

In-laws are coming over in a bit so i have mega cleaned downstairs, it is amazing how much you can get done when you know people are coming over. It's funny cos i don't bother cleaning so much when i am expecting my own mum but mil's have this way of making you feel you have to show them you are looking after there boy and keeping the house in order.

I don't know how my friend does it, her house is spotless, Not just clean but nothing out of place at all. she must be so anal. My house is clean but no always tidy, not everything has a home and doesn't have to be just so. As long as it is clean i am not to bothered about too much mess but you can bet there is always pj's or a sock or 2 on the floor or under the sofa in my house, post and hubbys paper work on every surface etc

I just hope they don't want to go upstairs as most of the junk has been moved up here. I will be cracking the whip at the weekend again. poor DH

doh i feel like such a numpty

Order a book for DH for Christmas from Amazon and it didn't get dispatched (I ordered it in November) When I checked at weekend it said estimated dispatche date 12th - 18th december so I found another one and ordered it from somewhere else......only problem is I forgot to cancel the Amazon one!!

Just got the post and the Amazon on arrived this morning. Checked the other website and there';s has been dispatched too! Damn pregnancy brain. Got to pay to send one of them back now

Beenie - Another name suggestion, if you get your ds's xmas card list from school look through all the girls names in his class, that could help

And i think you have a few weeks to register the baby so dont feel you have to rush now. Maybe a name will come to you when she's looking you in the eyes during cuddles

JHA - I saw last night on my ipod, but then it died so i couldn't reply, but congrats on team pink! And i love her name!

With babies being on time, with my mum it was
Me - Due 10th Jan, Born 18th Jan.
Sister - Due 2nd May, Born 2nd June (:eek:).
Sister - Due 30th July, Born 23rd July.
Brother - Due 30th June, born 23rd June.
Brother - Due 30th November, born 4th November (induced as she had eclampsya)

So her 2nd baby was 4 weeks late, but the other 3 were early
