Nope haven't heard from PP...hopefully she's just busy unpacking and resting loads rather than chatting with us saddos :rotfl: Also hope Helen's absence means good news! Big vibes to Karen...sounds like you'll be holding bubs v shortly, hon!! :T:T
Big vibes too to LCK, Littlebit, GISI and everyone else whom I've prolly forgot. GISI, it's really weird to think of you due tomorrow b/c I remember when I joined you were one of the 'long off' ones!!
Had antenatal appt with GP. Went swimmingly, she knows her stuff. Found baby's position straight away - head down, bum tucked up to the right. Says baby seems "smallish but still normal" whatever that means as she thinks I have a lot of fluid in my womb which makes uterus seem higher...whatever that means! She didn't seem bothered so neither am I!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Eveing everyone, only just got back from my mums
She came an hour early today and ruined the suprise of the cake! But she said it was nice (i let her try a tiny bit that i had to cut off)
And the cupcakes i made she said were lovely to. A fly flew on one of the cupcakes and got stuck on the icing. She flicked it off and it couldn't fly, then it just died on the tray  She accused me of poisioning the cakes haha.
Collected the baby clothes bundle today, i got two big bin liners full for £6!I just sorted through and i swear this baby has more clothes then your average baby clothes shop lol.
But at least she has some dresses now, and loads of pink socks toThey are sooo tiny
My brother (he's 6) has informed me that he's fed up of waiting for my baby to come out, so can she hurry up and come now... :rotfl: And my other brother who is 5 was shouting 'Boo!' and 'Hello!' at my belly. And he said "Ky when you get fatter the baby will come out":rotfl:
Good luck to Karen! Its my brothers bday on the 4th and my mum loves it, she always uses fireworks night as his party lol. He's convinced all the fireworks are for him around the city0 -
Happy Anniversary jha.
I agree with your translations of the MW's notes, but I'm not certain; just what I've deduced from my own notes.
EA- the cakes sound good and yay on the clothes!
Aless- I can't believe it either. I feel like I've been pregnant forever but I'm so glad d-day is nearly here. I am not at ll confident that things will happen soon though so any vibes are greatly appreciated.
I've been thinking about PP too- really hope she is just resting up and baking baby.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Omfg, are BH's meant to be painful?? I had BH's with my DS but they were just tightenings not painful. These don't feel very much like tightenings but so so so painful0

Oh how exciting sounds like we will have loads of babies soon!!
Hope everyone is OK, feeling OK today, not too tired, but thinking about putting on PJs and CSI and curling up with a hot choc already!:o
It's just occured to me today that there is only one inch between me and the steering wheel of my car and I'm only 27+4:eek:. Looks like I'll need a lift to work soon. Can't put my seat back any further cos I;m so short.
Will mean I'll be pretty mch housebound after christmas when I finish work unless i can get a new car sorted out by then, I'm hoping a car with a seat and wheel that goes up and down might help a bit, but still stuck with my old banger for the time being.

I haven't driven in 3 years but I have problems with sitting close enough to the dinner table and when washing up (as level of sink is right at biggest part of bump!). Getting out of the car is also very entertaining, lol...top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

I have got some serious nesting to do. The whole of upstairs is a tip i swear it would like we have been broken in to to anyone else. Even ds said to me mummy you really must tidy up i keep tripping up on things:eek: It is mainly carp but carp we need. We have been v good and been to the tip 3 weekends in a row now. But there is still 10 years of stuff i don't know where to put it all.
It's just hard when i can't bend down to things or lift heavy things so nothing gets done until hubby can help at the weekend. So in the mean time we add to it and it gets worse.
I don't know what to have for tea, DS is in bed and hubby not home until midnight so i can't go out and get a mcdonalds. I never used to eat it at all but really fancy it. Ooh i am really hungry now. I don't have anything nice in at all.
I have my fruit soaking overnight ready for me to make my xmas cake. i wanted it done already to mature. When i worked i had to get them all done for oct so that i could make 2000+ mince pies in nov ready for the 1st of dec. This is my signature!0
