I haven't driven in 3 years but I have problems with sitting close enough to the dinner table and when washing up (as level of sink is right at biggest part of bump!). Getting out of the car is also very entertaining, lol...
Glad it's not just me then, it's murder getting out the bath as well also bending down if i drop anything. Whooo hooo oh just had a call from my neighbour who's oh is expecting her waters broke last night and they got sent home now they need a lift back up there !!! Cant go with him because of this bloody cold. Sorry went of subject there . Bennie i know my bh have been quite painful said to the oh last night who ever said they werent painful must be mad. Remember a friends eps where Rachel was having bh and a male doctor said they dont normally hurt, and Rachel said no uterus opinion !!!!Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0 -
Omfg, are BH's meant to be painful?? I had BH's with my DS but they were just tightenings not painful. These don't feel very much like tightenings but so so so painful
The BHs I've been having are just tightenings of bump and then it feels like my chest is being crushed! Not very nice but not painful at all.
Lou- we just had pizza too, but ones you cook yourself. Mine was so nice and I had loads of extra jalopenos on it to try and get things moving.
Gemma- that sounds rubbish about driving. I'm still driving okay, thankfully. I think being stuck at home would drive me mad, although I must admit I prefer being a passenger if I have the choice.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Grrr, i hate google images.
I googled 22 weeks pregnant (cause i compare my bumps with the ones that show up) and its got some really sick pics on there
This may sound like a stupid question, but is it ok for me to eat pinapples? lol. Cause people eat loads to induce labour, but i just generally like pinapple and can eat a whole one at times lol. But obvisouly i dont want to induce labour yet:o

I've had a really tiring day at work today - can't believe I was only off yesterday...it's going to be a long week getting through to Saturday night! My assistant mgr is on hol so I've got nooone to support me and we've got special discount days on as well, which are exhausting anyway.
DH has treated me to a dreamgenie maternity pillowI don't sleep well at the best of times but been getting a really sore back this week so hope it helps.
Sounds promising for Karen, and hopefully Helen as she hasn't been on all day.
Keep thinking about PP as well, really hope she and baby are both ok.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -

I'm just being nosy so don't answer if you don't want to, but where is it you work? Only wondering as I'm in retail when not on ML- I run a Starbucks!Evansangel wrote: »Grrr, i hate google images.

Well it hasn't brought my labour on :rotfl:. Seriously though I ate it throughout pregnancy, although not a whole one at a time. I don't think it would cause a problem as it only ripens your cervix when the cervix is ready anyway, as far as I know. Could ask your MW next time you see her.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

I work for Bonmarche, so not too tempting for me to spend my money at work most of the time but should be handy when I need big nighties lol
What I find hardest is that most of my staff are in their fifties/sixties so I've always done the physical work (of which there is a surprising amount!) so it's been really hard to adjust and find ways round things.
I love the belgian chocolate cornflake cakes from Starbucks mmmmMummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -

Did you not get one from the midwife with an emma's diary magazine? Mine had a card in that I just filled out and handed in at argos.
It's kind of like the first bounty pack with loads of samples of things like stretch mark cream and leaflets etc.
The magazine also had a voucher for a free huggies starter kit in asda which had a free pack of wipes and newborn nappies in. Did you get one of those?
Might be worth chasing up your midwife if not.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
No, she told me that they didn't have alot of stuff but it didn't matter. All i got was my bounty pack.
And i can never get hold of my MW, her phone is always off. I left a message about my MatB1 form asking her to post it to me, hopefully it will come before 25 weeksx
