Hello Moosmummy – happy birthday for your dd for yesterday. “I've lost half a stone since booking in but I have carried on with slimming world and I have around 4 stone to loose.” Well done:T, are you doing slimming world through midwives at the hosp – they were trying to get me to go but iv’e only put on two bmi points and I am 34 weeks now.
Hiya jha I'm glad your cat is on the mend.
I started slimming world in march and when I found out I was pregnant my consultant gave me a form that the midwife has to sign at each appointment, otherwise I'm not allowed to go anymore but luckily my midwife thinks it's great that I'm managing my weight so is more than happy to sign it. I've lost 2 stone so far and had to buy new maternity jeans in a size 16 cos my 18's hung off my bum :rotfl::T
I had to pop to Asda earlier so I met DH after work and we walked round together, we're standing in the queue and this skanky woman, who smelled of wee, starts touching my bump and asks if I know what I'm having. I say "Well everyone thinks it's a baby, but I'm still holding out for a pony!" I had to drag DH away before I started laughing but it served her right :rotfl:Cross Stitch Cafe member 710 -
Argghh my laptop is dying. It keeps overheating and cutting out cos the fan isn't kicking in.
It's gonna need a repair, cos i haven't got a clue when it comes to hardware!!Hope you'll all miss me if it dies :rotfl:

It's not dead yet lol. As long as it doesn't burn out i'll be able to get online in short doses, and let it cool for a few hours in between. Repair shops charge £35 just for looking in my direction before they even sniff the laptop so i'm unimpressed.
And since it's now Saturday, i'm 38 weeks today!! :eek::eek:0 -

:rotfl: sounds like something my DH would do!
It was fine - we didn't do much since I was finished up work (normally I'd take the day off), but I'm up early this morning as we're going to up to Sheffield for the weekend for a belated Thanksgiving party with some other Americans I know! So I might come home looking like I'm 40 weeks pregnant instead of 36! :eek::rotfl:

Get the hoover out and hoover the air vents in the laptop it might just be a load of dust that is sat inside stopping it from movingand congrats on 38 weeks but how quick has that gone :eek:
Aless hope you have a good weekend :j
I still havent decided what the hell im going to do i have an appointment with the midwife on monday though and will talk to her then, im also going to try if i get a chance to talk to my friend about it today (her oh is my birthing partner long story dont ask :rotfl: ) but it is her sons 1st birthday today and we are all going down to a local ball pit to have a little birthday party for himso may not get a chance to do it as i imagine it is going to be pretty hectic :rotfl:
