Yay for a set date lou!! 10th December is so not far away though!
Just think baby will be 15 days old on xmas day!! :D

My pregnant friend has to have a c-section in december to, she just told me that at her scan on tuesday baby was still breech. Im trying to make her think of all the positives cause she's so worried :o[/QUOTE]

    Thanks sweetheart
I am the same as your friend but as you say i am thinking of all the postives, They told me we will get another scan just before the c-section in case baby has turned so might be the same for you friend. Also we only noew have to stay in 48 hrs so feel a lot better about that and also, i ve heard trying to turn the baby is quite painful. So just let her know she's not alone and the main thing is baby getting here. Get her on here as all you ladies are so good at making others feel good about things xxx
Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j

I have mentioned here to her, but she never signed up lol :D

    This is what she said
    Amii Smith
i saw midwife tuesday and im still breech got a appointment monday to turn her and a scan tuesday to see if i has worked if it hasnt then yep csection here i come :( x

She's worried about the pains and stuff to, so i said its pain free and the after pains she will have pain killers for :)

At least you can plan for a definate arrival date! And 48 hours isn't so bad, years ago it had to be 5-10 days didn't it?

I would hate that, if i have a normal birth im getting out of hospital asap.
They are not comfortable places to be are they? :(

CAFC - glad to see you here also, wondered how you've been getting on. I'm so pleased that you're dating scan went well and you saw heartbeat - must have been such a relief for you. Everything you are worrying about is completely natural, especially as you're not working so have nothing to take your mind off it iykwim. I'm sure you will be a brilliant mum, and you will find you cope with money once baby is here. You can make it all as cheap or expensive as you need to suit your budget.

I'm pretty sure I felt baby move today. I was relaxing at my friends house and it felt like something was tickling me on the lower right hand side of my tummy (which is where we found heartbeat) I checked my clothes and it wasn't them, then it happened a few more times. Does that sound about right? I'm 17 +3

    thanks hun
Am pleased to be over here. I think Im just nervous about exactly what I need to get organised, I dont like not knowing things and feeling like Im going into something blind and I've been looking online everywhere for what Im going to need (especially because we are really going to have to budget as in like one purchase every month).....

Plus Ive never been around babies, and Im just scared about everything that goes with them, like breastfeeding, nappy changing, what temp a room should be, its just a minefield:confused:
I know all the answers will eventually come to me in some way shape or form........
Im just not a very patient person :rotfl:

Congratulations on baby flutters, thats one of the things I cant wait for..... to truly feel life growing inside you....:A

Until the flutters turn into kicks and kick your bladder/ribs/random nerves and make you twitch slightly :rotfl:

The full blown flips are funny, and the streching out feels weird :p

    But i love it! :D

yeah well like most symptoms we love them for a day...... like oh how morning sickness made you feel really pregnant and then after 6 weeks of it and not being able to remember the last full meal you ate, you soon get over the "joy"......

    Thanks for the congrats everyone.
Nikkit - thanks for updating the list for me and doh for me not thinking of that. I'll get her signed up, plus she buys plenty of nappies and wipes for me so i can re-pay her the favour by getting double points.
Scotsgirl - thanks for the info, i do have a debs near me but it's fairly small. Think i'll be having a look online later.

With my first pregnancy i wished for morning sickness, and then with this one i was having morning sickness and moaning. And some of the ladies on here were saying "Last time you wished for it!" :p

First time i was sick i was so happy! lol. Then at 20 weeks with still being sick i was crying for it to stop. It did a week later
    Then heartburn started... :rotfl:

I've cried many a time over the past 3 weeks with my morning sickness.....
if it was just being sick i could cope, but it was the feeling so sick and just on the border before vommiting, that truly finished me off!
