Just got back from town, went to move some money into our savings account. Popped into the works and bought two Humphreys Corner pop up books that were reduced, they had some other regular story books too, if there still there next time will pick them up too
Also had a Disney Story book with 365 short stories in that was very cute. Popped into Homebase and had a look at their coat pegs, couple of nice ones but nothing that really shone.
Lou - sorry to here you have to have a cs but if its for the best then thats what is important.
EA - boo at your OH for changing his mind about the revels!

It says to call to book my appointment, or ignore the letter if i've already booked the appointment.
What if i've decided not to have it? Do i call them or ignore the letter? lol.
They dont give me that option on the letter :rotfl:
Sorry about having to have a C-section Lou, but at least you can prepare for babys exact arrivalBut good luck xx

I started collecting Charlie Bears earlier this year with the idea that if I was blessed with a baby the nursery would be based around Charlie Bears. So far they are sat on the mantlepiece and I must admit I'm not sure I could bring myself to move them into a nursery now :rotfl:0 -

Meant to say earlier - lovely bump:D0 -
Blimey- quiet on here tonight. Hope everyone is OK. Am hiding out in the bedroom while the football is on avoiding doing my nvq.
Got an email from Bizziebaby today to test out some tea- have gone for raspberry leaf tea so hopefully should get that soon. Also been invited to do a trial for buzz on premium fuel- I'm getting £20 in vouchers towards fuel which will be very handy.
Bit gutted that my car is in the garage already, its being diagnostically tested to see why it keeps 'bunny hopping', haven't had it since Sunday and I miss it already!
Baby is kicking away well tonight- thought I was going to end up getting hit in the face by my boob earlier! lol At least I know she's still doing well.

Hi everyone, well after everyone has talked about BizzieBaby I've just signed up, so looking forward to seeing what comes of it!
I've just given in to pressure, after hearing of another person with swine flu at DD's nursery I've agreed to squeeze in an appointment on Sat for the jab - dreading it, and didn't help that the reception was really unhelpful (again), so I had to threaten her with making a complaint before she showed any flexibility whatsoever, so that was fairly stressful. Particularly unpleasent as I don't even really want the thing!!!Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Hi Redstar- I can email you some info about the jab if you want some reassurance about its safety. One word of advice, don't have it in the same arm you normally sleep on as it can get a bit sore afterwards.
I think GP receptionists are a different species- I always imagine the 'computer says no' lady from little britain when I ring mine!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

Thanks Gemma, I feel slightly better after I was shown a poster addressing some of my concerns (mainly around lack of testing), and thanks for the advice about my 'sleeping arm' - I always sleep on my left side, so I'll make sure I don't have it done on that side.
