Ooh i see lol i got confused i keep losing track of the days cos when people ask how long i've got left i'm saying 'about 2 weeks' instead of saying i'm due 12th, lol.
Yeah i've *thought* about it :rotfl: I need to buy a nightie and some slippers but i cba to go into town to see what Primark has to offer so been putting it off! I bought some always night pads when they were on offer and have a box of breast pads though if that counts as being organised?:rotfl:
All the baby clothes are still thrown into carrier bags which ar thrown to the back of the cupboard while i'm decorating cos it all needs washing and sorting into age order so really need to get that done so that i have some ready for the hospital bag.
It's crazy how i'm sat here on my arris knowing full well how much i've still got to do! I'm starting to panic now so why isn't this panic mode spurring me into action!?
I need to write a to do list on here really so it's there in print and i will feel like i have to act on it lol0 -
HOBO – Absolutely thrilled to hear you have two on the way!!! How very exciting!:j
Evansangel – very sorry to hear about your friend. And on the other note I love pasta n sauce with bread and butter too!
Beanicat – Big {{{HUGS}}}:heart2:
Elastigirl – What a gorgeous photo!
Treated myself to a couple of baby mag subscriptions this week via clubcard points, thought it would be something nice to look forward to arriving on the doorstep in the new year.
Saw the consultant yesterday. Very odd going into work as a patient rather than the receptionist. The lovely girls I work with had flowers lots of hugs and very thoughtful card for me, which bought tears to my eyes. Then I saw the bosses who are total B’s – my son has named them the ‘three itches’.:p
The consultant was delightful but I am on the max dose of anti sickness and there is nothing else that can be done. They took bloods to test my blood count and liver just to be sure it is pregnancy that’s causing the sickness. I’m 100% sure it is as it started 2 days after conception – lucky me!!!
However, he did say the the pregnancy hormone peaks at 16 weeks (I’m 15 tomorrow), so he said that when he seems me again in two weeks, I should be starting to come down the other side of it. I’ve decided to try and take each day as it comes. Some days I can’t do anything, and then out of the blue I have a couple of hours that I don’t feel as ill and I’ll just make the most of them. I'm totally consumed with guilt about not being at work, but I know I am so not well enough, I think when you're low everything seems to be blown right out of context, need to give myself a stern talking to lol!
Hugs to all, lovely to read all your news each day.

Your not the only one beenie i am far from ready, just glad all xmas stuff is wrapped, tagged and put away in bags so hubby can just get a bag and give it to the correct person. Although it is taking up all the space in the babies wardrobe at the mo so i will be happy when it all goes. But it's the only place hidden away from ds so he doesn't see his.
I am bearly seeing my hubby at the mo as he is working full time and at uni too so he comes home and gets on with work. He has 4 assignments and a presentation to do before the baby is here. So nothing is getting done at all i must crack the whip at the weekend babies room and our room need to be carp free and clean. Mw had to check my wound in our bedroom when i had ds as i had my whole family over so i want it clear of clutter in case she has to come up again.
Well just as i was starting to think about getting up off my butt to do something my mother just rang to ask me to meet her for lunch so off i go to be fed and watered. This is my signature!0 -
Beanie - thats so funny about not being ready and CBA, but if your chilled about it thats all that matters.
Hobo - hoping that you see that drop in hormones and sickness goes away xx
Elasti - not even started on Xmas, not one bit! eeek!!! starting to panick but just dont have the money to start or a clue what to get parents, which tbh are al we are buying for. Will get Gift voucher/card for nephew as wont see him for xmas and this way he can choose what he wants. Only other person I will buy for is one of my close friends who seems to be the only friend thats excited about my pg, and has been a good support as well as buying stuff and making stuff for bubs
Well stew and washing on gotta make a few phone calls now and then will finally get a shower do my hair, anyone else seem to find it hard getting motivated to get outta their PJs?Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Som i'm not chilled out about it! I just feel a greater urge to sink into a black hole of depression and tiredness than to get my life sorted out lol.

This moron said "i don't have Paypal as i don't have a bank account, can i pay cheque or postal order?"
Ummmmm..... How the fig can you pay cheque if you don't have a bank account and why couldn't you have asked me this BEFORE winning my auction 3 damn days ago?????

"No, its paypal only, im heavily pregnant and i cant get to the bank to cash it, a paypal account and a bank account is easy to set up, go do it please"
Then whack an NPD on them if they dont pay within the next 4 days
I think there's an option to block people with no paypal or credit card registered from bidding, i did that as i didn't want to deal with people bidding on paypal only listings. :grouphug:
Bleugh, i've just been sick. Was not nice and the taste wont leave my mouth lol. I was coughing most of last night and i have a runny nose to. How can i be ill?! I never leave the house lol.
Had a dream that i had the baby last night and me and OH were going to his dads shop for a tattoo (for OH not the baby lol) and we couldn't decide on what she would wear, all we could think of was a hat :rotfl:.
Oooh, forgot to say y'day, i got my vista print order through. I have a 2010 photo calender, with birthdays all pre printed :j 140 pre printed xmas labels, cause im really lazy! And an XL tshirt that has a pic of some baby feet wrapped in a pink blanket that says "Lily bump due 7th March 2010"
Its going to be my night time wear when i get bigger
And the best thing, it was all free! Well i had to pay £1.99 to upload pics for the calender, and £4 P&P, but still0 -
LL, I never really felt an *increased* need to pee until much later in pregnancy. Of course, it's prolly b/c I already had the world's smallest bladder and peed twice as often as normal people.
Just had the world's unhealthiest lunch...usually at the boring Board meetings at my work (I take minutes - joy!) they provide sandwiches & stuff, but they've gotten stingy and only provided enough for the actual Board members and not staff! So was caught out and had to run to Tesco for emergency lunch...just had a small sausage roll, chicken & mushroom slice, jam donut & chocolate bar! We'll ignore the like 2,000 calories there, folks.
Now post-lunch sleeeeeepiness has kicked in. Cannot wait for this week to be over - yay for ML!!!!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!
