  • Hey all,

Popping in for the gossip lol.
My back is absolute agony the last 3 days, I just can't get comfy. I've searched high and low for an L shaped pillow today and they seem to be sold out everywhere which is soooo annoying as I think it may just be the answer. Ho hum.

Ohh and on the subject of leaky boobs mine are definitly getting worse. As me and OH sleep in the nuddy and I sleep snuggled against his back we have found ourselves quite painfully stuck together some mornings  I've been getting very tingly/almost itchy nipples a lot lately to.

Tomorrow I am going to try and get the last of my xmas shopping done as OH is off work. So far my list is £50 for 11 people which isn't to bad.

    How are we all???

  • Hello everyone,
Im in week 6 of my pregnancy and already having a few problems. The trouble is my doc didnt tell me what to expect and im not seeing the midwife for another 2 weeks so was hoping you could tell me if this is normal?
Ive been getting a lot of cramps...some one side, some all over and a lot of tugging around my belly button. Also yesterday I had a lot of pain in my hips and lower back, all day, and i havent been doing anything that would strain it.
Has anyone else experienced any of this?
The only thing my doc said was if you get a lot of pain come back and see me....ive been getting some quite strong pains but im not sure how much is normal...i mean each time it only lasts a matter of minutes so i guess thats ok right?
Im very tired all the time too. I dont have any other symptoms yet so im not really feeling pregnant yet.

Where does the time go?
  • Moneyangel22- I would say see your doctor sooner rather than later. I don't meen to scare you but it's better to see your GP and get peace of mind than to ignore it or worry yourself. Sending you good news vibes in any case. x x x

GISI- I just read through your BS (wow does that sound rude??) with OH and he said "Wow that baby just didn't want to come out!" Lol. Baby GISI is definately a fighter and works on his own time lol.

  • money - I've had the same and it is really scary if you don't know what to expect! In fact, it was those that made me find out I was pregnant in the first place (I'd unusually had light, period-like cramps, for about 2 weeks). From what I gather, so long as they're mild and not accompanied by bleeding/severe pain, they're probably just your uterus stretching and making room. I was really worried too, and I won't see a MW for almost 3 weeks still (I'm 11 weeks, system is quite a bit different in Scotland). Best bet though if you're really concerned is to call NHS out of hours service or see your GP.

ETA, I'm still getting them but they only last minutes if I'm unlucky and are very slight. From what I gather, they can carry on throughout.
