went to shop this morning and saw . rowntrees are doing fruit pastels , ( black ones ) all in one pack no other flavours ,, i thought mmmm ill have some of them , got home and within 10 mins all gone in my belly , was nice not having to pick out the greens and waste them,
Wow! I love the black ones but don;t like yellow and greens - will definitely look out for these!
I'm currently eating dairy milk with cranberries and granola in. Nom nom.
Congratulations Faye and welcome baby Seth :j
GISI hope something starts today for you so you don't have to be induced tomorrow. Must be nice to know the maximum you'll be waiting to get going is 24 hours though!
Labour vibes for everyone else in need.
Jha lovely bump and nursery!
GISI I can't see your wedding dress from here but will look when I get home.
Congrats on 24 weeks GF, EA and Kindof!0 -
It seems to of stopped for now, but I'm armed with tissues just incase
Congrats ymakemesmile
My booking in was quite short, only thing that took time was her finding veins to take blood from0 -
EA I'm so jealous of you being under the duvet with your OH! I'd love to be at home with mine (duvet that is :rotfl: )
My nose keeps bleeding too. Think it must be because I'm so congested all the time so feel like I'm constantly blowing it. I'll blow my nose, couple of minute slater I'll sniff and I can smell blood  so I get a tissue and I'm bleeding. Not too heavy just a bit annoying really.
ymakesmile I think it varies a lot from area to area. I'm in Leeds and was booked in with MW.
yorky I'd second what kindof said, I wouldn't take anything without checking with dr. Have you tried cutting out white bread, pasta and rice? Might help to switch to brown along with the increased fruit and veg, and drink planty of water0 -
Quick question, I keep getting a weird twitching / fluttery thing just under my right boob, it's not painful or even uncomfortable, just really weird, and if I look down when it's going on I can see my bbs shaking from it. Anyone else get this or have any idea what it is?
And it's nothing to do with baby moving as it's way above where my uterus is.0 -
Cute outfit, Kindof!
Fattybooboo- probably too late, but good luck with the scan. Bet you can't wait to see baby again!
Congrats Ymakesmile! I had my booking in with the MW but it does seem to vary, a lot, so who knows!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Morning peeps.
Can anyone recommend a mild laxative - Ive upped my fruit/veg/fibre and water but it doesnt seem to make much difference??
Thanks
you can try lactose , which is syrup , peppermint squash , ( well anything with peppermint in ), raisins , if you remember when i was in hospital after my op my bowels shut down for two days , and this is what the hospital said was safe , also a suppositry ,
If still no joy contact the doctors , but with either of the above it should work ,, lactouse syrup is the best bet you take it 3 times a day and takes about 24 hours to soften everything and get things moving , you can get it on prescription HTHDont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec0
