Hi everyone Im back. Ive been a busy bee, went to Tesco with the intention of spending £10 and spent £25, oops!! Have got a nice steak for dinner though so at least we wont be tempted by a takeaway, plus got some belly pork for a roast tomorrow so we wont be tempted by a carvery, hehe!!
Then I took our doggy out for a walk.
Then I have been doing some washing, by hand!! Yes you heard me right, by hand!! Gawd I find it such a faff but our machine is still on the blink, my dad is still trying to sort it, they have sent the incorrect part 3 times now, !!!!!!!! Thought I oughta at least wash a few bits else we are gonna run out of stuff.
Grr about ur fence GISI, its absolutely mank weather here too!! I saw a fence gone down on my way to Tesco earlier and there are wheely bins all over the place on our estate!! When I was walking our dog we had a job to keep moving at some points due to the wind and he gave me a look of 'is this normal?!' bless him!!

Hey I'm here now. Just popping on though as going to the England rugby final tonight.
Been shopping this afternoon and I'm knackered now. Would be happy just to get in pj's and not leave the house again!
I can't decide at the moment about the swine flu jab. I haven't been offered it and I'm not going to ask. I guess I'll decide if / when I get offered but I'm swaying towards no at the moment.
Hope your aches go away soon Nikkit. Do you think maybe you slept funny on your shoulder or is it not that kind of pain?0 -
its not that kind of pain SJ , it just all of a sudden came on yesterday evening about 5pm , have read up on it , but doesnt seem to be a problem , just seems maybe the baby maybe lay on a nerve which is connected to the shoulder
, ill see how it goes or ill try get to see doc on monday if still there ,
little man is still moving around loads so thats good
FBB thats alot today , lets hope something gets moving for you later , get on that ball now and do some bouncing :P ,Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec0 -
I'm here too. Just got back from town which was hideously busy, mum bought baby a gorgeous book of stories for little children, it's really lovely
Seriously exhausted now though, have been on the go since 9am and am now ready to sit on my bum with my toblerone all night :rotfl:
Sorry SJ didn't mean to cause offence with the weird belly button commentMine's gone really weird, used to be really small and deep and it's becoming shallower, really hope it stays inside  ooh & ta for reminding me about rugby, we were gonna go to B&Q toward Elland Road in a bit, glad I read as traffic will no doubt be horrible, it can wait til tomorrow
Boo to backache NikkitHave you tried stretching your shoulder out? I've had pain in my shoulder blades quite often, think it's due to hunching because of the extra weight, and find that consciously sitting properly and stretching out helps a bit.
Sorry about the fence GISI, what a pain in the bum just when you don't need it.
Woke up in the night last night in a mad panic, bed was soaked through and I thought something had happened, or maybe I'd pee'd myselfJumped out of bed and ran to the loo, didn't want to wake OH as I thought god how embarassing if I've pee'd myself...but I didn't appear to have. Couldn't work out what it was or where it'd come from so ended up having to wake him...to find my hot water bottle had burst!!! Felt a total div, OH then questioned whether I intended to keep it to myself when my waters burst, because I'd be embarassed, good point really!!

That kind of happened to me, i jumped out of bed one night cause i was wet all on my bum, and my first thought was "Sh*t i've wet myself!" When i realised i didn't, i thought OH must wet himself, but on me. He said he didn't and asked if my waters had broke (i was like 8/9 weeks pregnant :rotfl:)
Turns out our old water bed sprung a leak! And me being the heavier of us two got all the water leakage over me
We're going to our nieces 1st birthday tea party tomorrow
Should be fun lol.0 -
Lol about ur hot water bottle bursting gymfiend, thats funny!! Mind you, good job it didnt happen when it was v hot!!
Im counting down the minutes to have the steak for dinner, nom nom. I cant believe how much stuff costs lately, I bought 1 tomato to go with DH steak and it was over 50p!!Baby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
I know, thank god it had cooled down by the time it chose to burst!
V jealous of your steak...never eaten beef before but since being preg I love it, could really go for steak. Not sure what we're having...or what we've got in for that matter, had planned to buy some fish and do fish pie, but Qs in Tesco were too big for me to deal with so I didn't bother!
EA well done on the first Tesco shop! I love online shopping, esp when we have to get cat litter & food, saves me traipsing it round the shop then home, poor Tesco man must be devastated when he see's us on the list, it's usually at least 3 crates of heavy cat litterBaby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -
