I love all the Discovery channels, plus Really and Living. I watch Discovery Home & Health and Really all the time (lots of baby shows :D) so it's good for me! The ONLY channel we don't get that I would want is National Geographic, but that's just me being a nerd.

    eta: oh, and Sky1 :)

    Good luck finding them boo!

Ooh Aless yes Sky1...that might swing it for OH, get to watch the Simpsons :) Poor man's gone from having full sky with movies & sport when I met him down to freeview only!! He got very excited when I told him I was thinking of switching, thinking he was getting it all back, bless him, no chance.

GISI (or anyone else) - if you have a WH Smith nearby, this voucher gives £5 off a £12 spend on kids books/games til the 15th, so you could prob get a couple of books for the price of one :) Planning to go get some this weekend for my little sis for Christmas.

Stripy trousers are by 'Bonnie Baby' GISI, have just fallen in love with this on their site, ohh why couldn't we have won the £90 million? I'm not mental BTW, we bought the trousers on eBay for about £6 (which I thought was extortionate enough!!) :)

Someone outside is letting off fireworks and it sounds like a bl&*dy warzone, my cats have just got in the wardrobe and cuddled up together to hide!!

  • OMG Gymfiend, I cannot believe the prices on that site! You got a mega-bargain for £6. Some of the stuff in the sale section is very cute though!

gymfiend- We are on tiscali and haven't had any problems at all and our download speed is great. We pay £19.99 a month (£14.99 for first 3 months) and that includes line rental, TV package (which we don't use so couldn't tell you about that as we have no TV.) and free landline calls anytime. They are part of the talk talk network, and all the door knockers who have been round recently have been shocked at how cheap it is and left me too it :D You can also get similar deal but with only free evening and weekend calls for £14.99 per month (9.99 for first 3 months.)

I don't work for them but I do tell everyone as it is such a good bargain! :)

I know, prices are crazy aren't they! I saw them on the John Lewis site and hadn't heard of them so had a little look on eBay & snapped them up. There's a gorgeous cardi in the sale bit...must resist! If you need any convincing to buy from them...the quality is beautiful, the trousers are so soft and lovely I'd happily buy from them if I was rich :)
