Hi guys, sorry I went AWOL on you, been a long few days here!

    I have news :D

Baby Ryan James arrived last night at 7.28 pm. I started on my own and got my homebirth after all! Biggest shock all round is he is only 9lb, seems absolutely tiny to me and is such a relief after all the palaver.

Anyway, we're both fine, if a bit shell-shocked. Will come back with birth details and some baby pics when things have settled down a bit. :)

    Congrats!!:j:j:j

morning ladies, it's a good sign that I'm first here. Hope you all slept as well as can be expected. Dh decided to hog the middle of the bed last night and at one point kneed me in the back!!

Just wanted to share that my sister texted me and said that the asda baby event is on 20th April-8th May. apparently there are usually some good deals. There's a big asda nearish work so i feel a lunchtime trip coming on!

Have a big long meeting thing this morning but better than sitting at my desk I guess...now DH is up I should go and get dressed

I was wondering when the next asda baby event will be... thanks for the info!;):D
Congrats on finding out it's a girl. But it's so unfair that 4 people with Due Dates after me have found out and mine was being naughty :(

Don't worry... I'm sure my bean will carry on being naughty and wont show its bits:mad:

Lovely to hear other scans went well yesterday:)

Oooo... hope the babies arrive safely today!:D

    No pumpkin patch yet!!

    Good luck Jolene and Redstar.

    Congrats Kelinik.

Hassle, I'm massively missing vodka too!! And bacon sandwiches lol, I really want one but the smell of it has made me feel sick all through pg :(

Re temper etc - I was terrible around 20 weeks, but am now really calm. I actually realised me and OH haven't had a row for a couple of months lol

nene - Please would you move kelinik and baby ryan to the given birth section? Think the details were two pages ago. Didn't mummy2mygirls come on and say she's given birth as well?
We need a list take-charger! (altho this will move me frighteningly close to the top!)

It's a lovely day here again today so I've got another load of baby washing on to get on the line. Going to do some pottering about and tidying up and cleaning, then I'm going to parents for tea later and drinks with a couple of friends. I love maternity leave :)

Wonder if redstar and jolene are having mummy cuddles yet - i think redstar said she was first so could well be

Already done before you mentioned ;) And mummy2mygirls hasn't given birth yet as she says she's due this friday in another thread so sounds like her baby is hanging in there :)
