 Hi everyone,
Have sort of been following this forum for a few weeks now and thought it was about time to introduce myself.
I am 29+6, due on 9th June, dont know if its a girl or boy. I am still in denial about this as it is my first... can't even imagine the prospect of giving birth yet! :undecided
I am working in a secondary school, dont mind my job but goodness me I havent got the same enthusiasm for lessons at the mo! Poor kids!
I thought i'd write today as I have pelvic girdle pain- I just thought all those twinges and stabbing feelings were part of pregnancy...Im quite lucky as it isnt too severe at the mo- I have heard horror stories about crutches though! I hope it doesnt get that bad.
Has anyone else had issues with pelvis and has it affected the way youve given birth?
Good luck to those due!First baby born 10/06/10:heartpuls 6lb 10z:heartpulsI love my little family0 -
Excellent news Smartie.. i couldn't cope if I didn't have my doppler at home esp. when we will go days without a movement then a day of non-stop.. once I have assured myself he is fine usually. I have low grade water infection throughout pregnancy.. if I get ab's I get thrush which I can't shift so I have put up with it for 4 months so far..
Boys room fully blue'd.. OH has the ceiling to do later.. and I have 2 walls to dark blue.. and tomorrow I am fitting carpet!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Sorry if it's brief - i'm in a bit of a mood today. The weathers miserable, i feel horrible, stupid midwife still hasn't called back after another message left on her phone this morning, and DD is being silly for attention and i keep snapping at her even though i don't mean to
Roll on tomorrow....Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -

I've just been discussing with DH about getting a doppler... he thinks we shouldn't get one. I'm in 2 minds?? *confused smiley*BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120

I got a summer one off ebay for £5 inc postage, wouldn't say it's great but it's nice sometimes if baby has been having a quiet day, can be hard to find a heartbeat at this stage ( 20 wks ) but as long as you don't stress too much and be patient. Some others say the doppler with the gel is betterBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0
