My work friend rang whilst I was out, the one who had her baby on Saturday, she sounds so happy!! I am hoping some baaby vibes passed down the phone to me
Aww what lovely pix Helen, especially love the b&w feet one
I feel fine now! Had some brekky and hot water (which I find a good cure all when feeling sick), then just had lunch and a big hot chocolate so back to normal. Baby is super active too, so all is good!Evansangel wrote: »What does your baby's kicks/movement feel like to you?
To me her kicks feel like giant muscle twitches
At the moment she seems to be just moving about as the twitches feel really long and dragged out lol.
Ah i cant see them pics helen, i'll have to look when i get home
Im sure they are cute though!
Mine feel like a full grown baby is trying to fight its way out of my uterusbut that probably isn't what you meant!
Helen- Ethan is so gorgeous. Glad that it's all going well and he sounds like a well behaved little one.
Sidekick-no advice except that it is all scary when you first find out, so maybe give your OH some space to get used to the idea.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

On OH's fb it says "im due to have a baby which will burst out of Kylie's stomach alien style in march some time":rolleyes:
You can tell he's a guy lol0 -
My OH could see bubs moving today- he was sat on the other side of the room and I had a t-shirt and a thick woolly jumper on! My baby is officially a wriggler.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

Anyone else use NetMums? I joined a while ago but had an email today about the 'For Sale' nearly new bit and there are some great bits on my local one. Worth a look if anyone is after some bargains.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

Hi All
Advice please. Was on here about a week ago complaining about constant morning sickness. Since then it got worse resulting in 6 or 7 bouts of vomiting a day and ended up at the GP who put me on medicine to stop the vomiting with a warning of if we can't get it under control I'd need to go into hospital. BUT being the paranoid person I am, I really don't want to take any meds so came off them today (after 4 days not 14 as GP recommended) and I've got nothing, no nausea, no weird strong sense of smell nothing. Am now terrified I've harmed the baby by taking medicine in the first place, or should I just shut up and stop moaning and enjoy the fact there is no ms?
Sorry being a very paranoid first time pregnant lady!!!

Gisi my belly monkeys the same. At night I normally have a fleecy blanket over my lap and bump and you can see it moving while baby fidgets. My parents were sat on the opposite sofa at weekend and OH had his head on my bump and she was trying to kick him off :rotfl: They could see it from across the room too.
And netmums is greatI got the carrycot for my pram for £40, its £180 new and its immaculate. The lady even dropped it off at my work too. I got a huge bundle of baby clothes off another lady for £40, it included snow suits, coats, dresses, outfits, babygrows, vests, shoes everything you could need and all in really good condition.
Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
lou why might you need a c/s?
Because of my funny shaped womb so if bumper is anything but head down which it is now but could still turn !! They wont be able to turn him/her as i wont have the room so in that case will need a c/s
So are we stiil this planing to evict before xmas as Aless wants to join !!
I have a knee or something sticking out my side at the moment was just making an appt for someone and all of a sudden i felt a whooping great kick then a pain like something was being wedged in my side, had all this whilst trying to smile at a patient and make an appt without saying anythingDarling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0
