Hi GISI I never go the nesting instinct I just felt I should tidy because that's what pregnant women do/did!! How are you getting on?
PP - my mum never had morning sickness with 4 of us and my sister has not been too bad but I suffered horribly so I don't think it always runs in the family! But if you are worried it is always worth checking things out for your own peace of mind.

Ok I have had a reply from Pepsi, its not a very good one though.
Thank you for your recent enquiry.
Soft drinks are not the only beverages to contain caffeine. Caffeine is naturally present in many common foods and drinks including coffee, tea, chocolate and cocoa.
Caffeine is a natural flavour component in extract of cola nuts - an ingredient in cola drinks. As the content of caffeine in cola nuts varies naturally, additional caffeine is used in cola drinks to ensure the consistency of the final product.
Compared with other dietary sources of caffeine, most colas contain relatively small amounts of caffeine. Caffeine levels are generally about half that found in coffee or tea.
Pepsi Cola contains caffeine levels within UK guidelines and it is listed in the ingredients panel so that consumers who wish to avoid it can do so.
The exact level of caffeine in mg is not available as we believe that the certain information is of a commercially sensitive and competitive nature which, if divulged, could affect our ability to compete freely and fairly with our competitors. This includes details of our raw material suppliers and he origin of raw materials used as well as the specific formula and recipe information other than ingredients lists.
With regards to Wild Cherry Pepsi, the product is not available in the United Kingdom, and currently there are no plans to introduce it here.
However, consumer feedback is always welcome, and your comments have been forwarded to the Brand Manager.
We hope you find this information to be helpful. Once again, thank you for contacting Britvic Soft Drinks.
Kind regards,
Britvic Consumer Care Advisor
So not much use there.
