Kindof - just think of the guilt trip you can lay on him if you go into labour tonight! I agree it's a bit rubbish of him, but they can be like that, can't they? First time around, I remember losing it with my husband because he refused to not drink on a Friday night despite me being a couple of days overdue and having no other way to get to the hospital if baby decided to come. Fortunately she didn't put in an appearance until the next morning and he's grown up a bit since then and I don't think he'll be like it now.
Yeah its like they dont think baby could turn up any day esp as I am4 days late and have been having mega pains for days lol
I hope I have to call him back cos that would mean beany is on his way lol
YAY DP I am pleased the scan went really well, beany was sucking his thumb at ours as well and that just made me go "awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww" lol
I am totally suffering with MEGA SWOLLEN toes???? anyone else? I have swollen feet and toes, I am worried about my toes

I won't go on too much about it because you all know how amazing it is, but we saw so many things so clearly, and bean was soooooo cute. The sonographer said he/she was a "beautiful baby to scan" and also that he/she must be very happy cos it was moving around a lot
It kept trying to suck its thumb which was so cute.
Ahhh I'm so happy!
And we kept our willpower and didn't find out!
And she didn't even charge us for pics cos she was so nice!
Yay :j
Kitkat, jealous of 6 bottles of bio oil! I haven't even bought one yet!
Kindof i would have had one of each for lunch!
I've just nommed a cheese & onion pasty from Wild's, and then 6 chocolate biscuits. And that was after a BLT for lunch.
At how many weeks can you have these scans done? I am quite keen, I would love to see what the bubs looks like!0 -
Hmmm, just read BLT for the second time in as many minutes and now I'm starting to obsess.... may have to nip to the shops now (urgent bacon mission), see you later!
Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Afternoon everyone.
Congratulation guinea...cant wait to find out the details when you are up to it.
Labour vibes again to everyone in need
DP...congrats on your scan. Well done on resisting...we found that part tricky as it would have been so easy to say we wanted to know and it would make buying things a whole lot easier but im glad we have the surprise to look forward to
Kitkat...bio oil is great result. I have been oiling my self up since i found out i was pregnant and am going through the stuff like crazy. Really need to join that site.
Kindof...your oh sucks. Men just dont get things the same way we do
Som...good luck.
Well i really need to get my bottom in gear as i have got loads of stuff to do this afternoon

This was just my 20-week scan (I am 20 tomorrow), it wasn't 4D or anything, I just was amazed at everything, like we saw the lens in its eye, its full tummy and bladder, the 4 chambers of the heart, etc.
how many weeks are you kitkat?0 -
Kindof...you need to have your feet higher than your heart to help reduce any swelling

Convent I know he does when it comes to stff like this, I was just whinging to my friend and although he sucks at the same time he doesnt ever do anything else, he never goes out drinking or wasting money or anytrhing like that so I dnt know if I can complain really lol I dunnoDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

Kindof...we all find reasons to moan about our oh's. Still think you are ok to complain about this one though as you are so close to popping. I think i would complain if i was in your shoes
xxBeautiful baby boy arrived 20th June 2010...Harry..weighing 7lb 4oz on fathers day :j0 -
Yeah I know, I just can't be bothered lol cos I know he will still go.
He isn't normally selfish but he keeps banging on about "he won't be able to do this when beany is here" so I know he will still wan't to go.
Then I think well hopefully this will be the last friday without beany so it will be the last time he goes?
Cos I only don't go (cos I used to) cos they all smoke (I used to, as did OH) and his flatmate doesnt have the courtesy to smoke outside (probs wouldnt make much of a difference cos there would still be smoke in the air)
Once beany is here no way he is leaving me in the house with beany every week, sod that, we can think of things to do as a family, at the minute I dont mind being left behind cos I have beany in me and I am shattered but once he is here there is no excuse
Sorry that was epic lol
