Well if we overpay on this morntage like we are meant to I think we can have it paid off in 10 years, and this house is £125k so it would meananother 10 year mortgage but I would still only be 48?
I doubt we will do it though lolDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

Ooh good luck Som, I had a sweep with no3 at 40+4 and it didn't hurt at all- I remember walking back from doc's (literally 300yards away) feeling like everything was different down below....that was a friday afternoon and started getting the whole emptying out (sorry) on the sat evening went to bed and dd2 was born at 5.50am sunday after 40 min labour. So that was within the 48hrs. Hope the same goes for you:j
(oh and I also did a poop whilst pushing-like EA only realised when MW wiped my bum:D. After when I asked DH did I do a poo he kept saying No but I can always tell when he's fibbing and after a couple of weeks he said ok yes you did poo but it doesn't matter it was only a little one:rotfl:)

Ooh Kindof that looks a good deal for such a big house? We can't get anything in the area we want any bigger than 3 bed for any less than the 250 mark, even for the gross ones that need loads of work
It's possible once I'm back in work, but not til then because I can't get a mortgage whilst on mat leave, boo hoo.
Lol Choccy bless your OH, I think my OH would be so amused he'd revel in telling me!
Lovely castle Xmas, only a short move to acheive your princess dreams haha :rotfl:
Mum just rang to ask me to have my little sister for the night as she's off out for dinner, she's clearly much cooler than me with a way more active social life!! Gonna bake buns for mothers day so better get dressed and take myself to the shop, so can't be bothered with this grim weather
Good luck SomLet us know how it goes once you're back, dying to know, x
Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -

Morning all, how are we?
Just had the midwife here doing my 36 week check and homebirth talk. All is good, bubs is measuring 36 and a half weeks the same as he was a fortnight ago so I presume he's dropped - certainly feels like it!
Anyway have now signed the consent forms and the homebirth equipment is being dropped off at 37 weeks - ie next thursday!! Eeek, I think that means I'm going to have a baby soon!!!!:heart2: Mumma to DD 13yrs, DD 11yrs & DS 3 yrs. :heart2:0 -
yet again ive managed to lose a post
I hadnt even posted it, somehow I managed to press what must be the key combination for "back".

AWWW HUN
I think you're 100% right. He's got away with it for a long time now and its not as if you dont need support around you right now. I cant believe he even asked to be honest!
