Babies are awkward :rotfl:
Bubs will doubtless turn up in the middle of the night whilst everyone is trying to sleep or something equally inconvenient.
Or like me your waters will break and they will make you sit around in hospital for days whilst nothing happens like they did with meMum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

I didn't even go to the hospital until 3 days after my waters broke.. then it was cos I was fed up of dribbling every time I moved and I needed to go to shop for more ST's..

Afternoon all xx
Slept till 11:30amHad what I deem to be a pretty good nights sleep, only woke up the once which was pretty good.....
Still got a very active baby on the go, some of the kicks/movements are starting to shock me they are so powerful...... we've finally got a full length mirror in the house as well, and Ive been able to see just how huge my belly and boobs are.... rest of me has pretty much stayed the same.... although my back looks fatter....... weirdly LOL
Good for you
I got well !!!!ed off with OH this morning, he gets up at 7.30am for work, and he lets the alarm go off for ages hence waking me up, then he comes for a cuddle and a kiss etc, and then talks to me and I snapped at him this morning, I was like what If I want a LAY IN! it is lush getting a cuddle off him in the morning but sometimes I coul do with staying in bed.
I end up usually sleeping on the sofa for a couple of hours
But then you will get a day like today when I have been doiung something so havent had a nap and then brother is coming round for tea so cant have a napafter tea either lol
Hopefully it will mean I sleep tonight lol
YAY for proper massive kicks, sometimes they really shock you dont they lol

Anyone have any tips on how to clean windows? Just the inside OH can do the outside
Som I would deffo leave your crutches at home, what the hosp wont know wont hurt them, then if you need them after the birth you could just blame the birth lol
Are you allowed to sit in the bath at the hospital with G&A cos if the pool is full then I hpoe I can sit in the bath lol
I really really really really hope I am not rude to the midwives as well
Gill I am jealous you get to tour the hospital, I have to go in blind, well not totally blind cos Ive been there for my scans etc but I haev no idea what the dleivery suites look like or anything, there is a virtual tour online if anyine want to see lol

Well that was my plan. I took in a nighty to wear but my contractions were like 2 mins apart from start to finish so i just took my clothes off and thought sod it. they've seen worse before. Felt sorry for my mum though. Hasn't seen my body since i was like 6-7 then at 22 she see's me naked and giving birth. she was great though. really helped me.What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -

I'm no clean queen, but I do it one of two ways depending on how lazy I am!
I either use a wipe (multisurface ones or baby wipe whatever I can lay my hands on!) then just dry them over with a dry towel.
or
I mix some boiling water with white vinegar and wipe them down with a cloth, often if the water is hot enough then they dry pretty much streak free as you are doing it, but any streaks I just get a sheet of newspaper and wipe it down or a dry towel.0 -
