I'm 28 and depending on whether baby is early or not I should be 29 when he's born - do not want him on my bday tho lol

Just got back from midwife - nicest one I have seen so far. She was really lovely infact - hope I get to see her again.

Urine and bp were both fine and she measure me. I measured 28.5 and I'm 30+3 so just plotted above the lowest line on my graph, which is good. I have the potential to have a big baby so I'm pleased he's smaller rather than bigger atm lol His estimated weight is 1500g which is 2.2lb. Have no idea how accurate that is though!

She showed me where he was lying and has written ceph in the presentation box. Does anyone know what that means? He has his head down with his back to the right of my belly button.

In the lie box she's written long - does that mean he's long or just that he's stretched out???

Okay. Apparently I'm turning 33 in March. And I feel very young, and extremely weirded out that OH is 40 soon!

Gill, I'm guessing he's stretched out with head down. I'll never understand why they prefer hanging out upside down - do babies not have the same gravity as us??

gill - long means he is parallel to your spine, ceph is head down :D

Agutka - I'll be 33 in March too :D hoping to still be 32 when bubs arrives but she is due exactly a week before my birthday so you never know.

kindof - I decided to tackle the top 3 out 4 shelves of my book shelf, I stripped, dusted and put them all back in a neat order, was shattered by the time I finnished and only took about 45min, so am impressed with your 4 hours. Oh and my OH is totally the same in the morning his alarm goes off at least 3 times and he is in and out of the bedroom, throws his pjs on the bed (sometimes on me), and isnt the quietest of people in a small house. Have had to shout at him for what he calls singing at times too. Just cos he can sleep thru anything!

well had gas man round to do boiler check up , and omg he has condemed boiler, it is 30 years old , so no heating no hot water for at least 3days, great just what i need with tomorrow , landlord been round to see , and gas man back on friday to start putting new boiler in , but still no heating or water till at least monday , omg dont know what im gonna do , one good thing is we have a gas fire we can use to heat up living room , and checked weather looking good so far with no snow , so fingers crossed will be ok for little man to come home too,
the best thing it out of it is we get new boiler with a thermostat which i have never had, valves on all radiators , and we can have water and heating on together , as the boiler at the moment only allows one or other ( when it worked)

I am still so worried about tomorrow do i call or not in morning , will they turn me away if i dont call ??

havent stopped all day , been shopping, ( on my own) , done washing , ironing , vacuuming, emptied all cupboards for gas man for friday, my house is already for this little man to come home too ,

i am scared too, i am so worried that things wont work out tomorrow.

oh and i am 37 yrs
Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec
