Elle - you should be proud you got to 23 weeks! Its really hard to get to 26wks when everyone 'helpfully suggests' you should give food sooner

:rotfl: Still love that your mum irons the boys clothes, Sami.. Wish my mum would!

Speaking of my mum, she can't have Rhys tomorrow now. Something about taking the house extension plans to some energy efficiency bloke in another town urgently  She's going to have him for the afternoon if she gets back early enough, if not it'll be Thursday.

Might take Rhys into town on my own tomorrow.. see what mood he wakes up in :)

.. appreciate the individuality of your children...

Meant in an extremely non-patronising way...

    Love ya Elle :)

Love ya too ;) Thankyou x

And, speaking of my wee individual one, he's just woken and is yelling for a bottle.. in fact I think he might have woken himself up with his yelling! :rotfl: Best sort that..

MIL is jealous and keeps offering to do it too  not that I'll let her do it coz all her washing smells really strongly of softener and you can feel it on the clothes

    We have a TOOTH!!!!

I don't want my baby growing up...... :(:(:(
  • OMG Sami, you have people fighting to do your washing! You are so lucky!

On the 'getting dressed' debate, I have to shower and dress in the morning. I don't necessarily wear anything smart, but I cannot just stay in my PJs or dressing gown- it makes me feel really down. I don't always wear make-up if I'm home all day or just running errands.

Feeling very pleased with myself tonight as I cooked dinner for the first time since Henry was born. Shepherd's Pie...nom, nom! It's so nice to start getting back to normal. Also my car insurer have said that I can drive as soon as I feel ready, which is great news too!
