Apparently not, according to the registrar who delivered Rhys. It's a 1 in 2500 chance every time. That said, I have weezl on standby to do more research for me when the time comes ;)

Your kids would love a holiday by the sea, our beach is sand shipped in from abroad put on top of the pebbles, it's like a beach in Spain, no horrible seaweed as well. Oh and there's coffee shops and takeaways all along the back, best beach I've been to. :D

Tara, you have just sold it...I am coming too:D

Oh - see we are waiting until Dec 2011/Jan 2012 to start trying so aiming for another September baby :j Only waiting the extra year because gives me money to save for wedding & another baby and also my mum had all of us 2 years apart and said it was really hard so I thought I'd wait a bit longer.

Hope someone joins me in 2012 - Sami? :p

My sister is now thinking of calling LO Poppy - wish she'd make up her mind or just not tell me!
Sorry Hun I was at the front of the 2011 queue! :D Krystal said she was thinking of ttc early 2011, I said I'm wanting to be due feb-may 2011. I don't wanna be heavily pg in summer!

I am amazed at the number of people that are asking me if Jack's on solids yet!
People seem obsessed with feeding them! I'm hugely proud of myself for waiting past 6 months :D

friend who had her baby 10 days before me, has put her on solids!! i think its far too early. she said it was cos she was having milk all the time. but dont they have growth spurts where that maybe the reason
is 12 weeks far too early??
Considering the DoH recomends 6 months and before 16 weeks can cause health problems... I'd say so...

Have to admit, I'm slightly gutted (oxymoron?) that I haven't been able to do everything by the normal book and wait until six months for weaning. I feel a bit like I shouldn't have given Rhys food early (by three weeks) but then I have to remind myself I have to do these things because Rhys is Rhys and we're working to Rhys' Law now :o

My friend and I were talking about it all earlier and about how she had to (and we maybe ought to) introduce formula for the calories. I'm trying so hard not to feel like giving him formula is failing him (when I KNOW it's not!).. I didn't realise how much breastfeeding meant to me! :o

Feel like I want to "do it all properly" next time, but I have done it properly this time - just Rhys' version of properly.

sorry I meant to say yesterday, I ended up rushing collecting Chris but I will make sure I sort it asap so you're not left in the lurch :)
I'll have to collect the boys ironing in the next day or so, so it's no trouble.

The thing with children, they're all different and none of them have read the manual... We all put different levels of importance on things and put ourselves under terrible pressure if things don't go according to how we think they should... I knew someone who would still burst into tears 3 years after her home water birth turned into an emergency CS at 21 days overdue... I'm generally a laid back person anyway but I think watching her struggle to come to terms with that made it a bit easier for me to let go of the things I had no control over... Sometimes you wish things could have worked out differently, but you can't change the past or the chain of events that will happen as a consequence so don't sweat the small stuff, look forwards and appreciate the individuality of your children...

Meant in an extremely non-patronising way...

    Love ya Elle :)
