Do you eat duck often? I dont think I've tried it before but OH keeps trying to persuade me to buy a goose for Xmas! It looks disgusting and a weird colour to me and I can't stand fat on things, pork makes me gag!!

Plus, I only have one oven, how am I supposed to cook a turkey, goose, roast spuds, yorkie puddings, pigs in blankets, stuffing and roast parsnips all timing it right? He must be joking! The potatoes are the WORST, They need well over an hour and that's if they are right at the top of the oven too.

Haha we do this, i phoned OH from the landline upstairs last week n he pretended to be santa and told him to be a good boy!!! i also threaten to phone his nursery teacher if he starts playin up lol he soon behaves!! Jake saw a glimpse of buckaroo about 3months ago n stil goes on about it now!! every time the adverts on 'ive got one of them..' er no u havent lol!!

no, only when OH actually is able to catch one. lol.
Main way we eat it is like the chinese Crispy shredded duck with little pancakes and hoisin sauce and spring onion! mmmm, its beaut!!
It is a very dark meat, and i dont think I could eat it like i do a chicken breast IYSWIM?
Ive never had goose before, but have been told its lovely!
Cant help ya with the crimbo dinner -- OH does ours!
BUT -- cook and slice your Turkey day before so you only gotta reheat it? then youll have room for goose.??? i dont really know what im talking about thogh!

Hey button, its you who eats a lot of mexican foods, isnt it? We had Burritos at the weekend for the 1st time ever, and oh my,theyre gorge!! im converted!!1

I'm thinking of getting Keira buckeroo and hungry hippos for xmas! Also a 3 wheel scooter now because ya know she doesn't have one....

I do the nursery teacher thing too! What I hate is walking home from nursery with her friends, they scrap all the way home (not her!) and run ahead etc, the parents must think I'm a weirdo but I don't trust her not to run ahead so am always shouting her back and screaming STOPPPPPP!

Keira keeps seeing some Hannah montana toy on TV and saying I WANT THAT, she doesnt even LIKE Hannah montana! Give her a tesco direct book and she doesn't shut up for 3hours, I want that and that and that......Oh okay sure thing!

Yes, I love mexican food I'm actually on the hunt for a decent recipe book containing mexican recipes, though the new Jamie Oliver book has a few I believe.

I normally have things like Quesilldias, Enchiladas, Chilli, Burritos etc. They are kinda all the same, or same basis, spice, and torilla wraps lol, cheese, sour cream and guac....this is why I'm fat I'm sure!! Someone at OH's work asked if I was mexican cause he goes in twice a week with mexican type leftovers lol

Katie is the same...she points at something while looking at me and says "i want this" without even knowing what she is pointing to!! lol. :rolleyes:

OHs fav is Enchiladas, given the oppurtnity he would have them every day of the week. We have yet to try Tacos and Quesilldias, but they are on the menu.
We only have sour cream and guacamole with Nachos though.....:cool:

Edit: Im being giving the eye from the other side of the room now, so im off to bed! Night all.
Christopher has injections tomorrow after mothers n toddlers - yuk, so i shall c'yall around lunchtime!! xx

Where has Elle gone? I know on holiday but anywhere abroad and sunny?

I might use that Santa thing soon actually lol, she seems well excited about christmas this year but probably only because Santa is bring rollerskates! That woman downstairs will be reporting all over the Xmas periods because of the swoosh swoosh thump when she falls noise haha, ah well stuff it, the council is all closed until 6th of January so I DONT CAREEEEEE.

Oh said we should take a picture of Keira duct taped to a dining chair with her feet all trapped together and send it to her saying "HAPPY NOW? MERRY XMAS!" But I said she hates us so much she'd probs report us to social services hahaha

I always get confused with them all lol! Enchiladas is the chicken spicy ones, wrapped in a tortilla with cheese over the top and grilled yeah? Sure there is a million diffo ways.

Oh fajitas and tacos are good too! I used to make the taco base like chilli? But it was too sloppy so an America friend gave me a recipe just wth all the spicies so it's quite dry but the tacos don't explode all over you, and its very very yum.....

I don't normally eat salsa on my nachoes, I usually put down tortilla chips, mozerella, jalapenos,chilli, sour cream, guacamole, maybe some chopped up avacado chunks....My mouth just filled with saliva. Mmmmmmmm

OH is currently plucking a duck in my kitchen and the feathers are going EVERYWHERE!!!!! I even spotted one floating in to join me in the living room!!! :mad:

Saving up :rotfl: I got some cash out the atm yesterday and noticed we've got over 2 grand in the joint acc :eek: tax credits are throwing money at us this year. I'm not spending it, don't need to, we'd have to be eating foie gras everyday I think lol so I'm not letting OH know and gonna stick most of it in savings account, et voila pennies to put towards decent house:cool:

Chris 'plays' both buckaroo and hungry hippos at my mum's he propper cheats at HH and then shouts at you for playing properly and says "hey your cheating!! IIIIII win!!":rotfl:
